The care and professionalism of this clinic is absolutely disgusting. Courtney the office manager is downright rude and unprofessional. They stated our cat needed extractions and before proceeding we stated that we wanted to have this covered with our discount program with Pet Assure. They said that wasn’t a problem. Any discount provided by the clinic violates Pet Assure and Pet Assure WILL NOT cover any percentage of the bill. So what does Littleton Vet Clinic do, they provided small “discounts” to the our bill which now violated our policy with Pet Assure. Littleton Vet Clinic will not share with us an itemized bill showing and stating where these discounts are. Completely unethical. We have tried calling and working with them to remove these discounts so we can pay the full bill so we can have some coverage through our provider. They have absolutely refused to work with us. Who does this!? It’s absolutely baffling that a vet clinic would do this to anyone let alone someone who has been going here for a year. We simply want our pets to be healthy and taken care of. Not taken advantage of. Our bill was $4,800!!!! I’m currently in the process of filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and will be speaking to a lawyer this afternoon. Please share this far and wide and do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Diagnosed my dog in minutes when Sploot had already charged me about a thousand and his problem never healed. This very diagnosed and cured him in 3 days! Parking sucks but the place is awesome! Highly recommend!

I have been taking my pets here for over a decade and I am done. The service is disgusting. One of our pets is sick, we paid over $500 for test and were told we would have results today. We called twice for an update and the second- well before closing- we were told they didn’t know if they had received the results and the doctor was gone for the day. The staff is aloof and uncaring and quite frankly just can’t be bothered. Telling someone who is concerned about their SICK pet that “there were a lot of other animals” that took priority over a 5 minute phone call is cold. A year ago the staff was amazing- the technicians, vets and other staff were all so caring and HELPFUL! I would get follow up calls after a sick visit to make sure the treatment was working and to see if I had any questions. Now we can’t even get person on the other end of the phone who can PRETEND to care even a little.

Long-time client since 2019 but no longer recommend. Seems this vet practice has fallen victim to private equity or new ownership with extremely poor management resulting in increased doctor and staff turnover, unreasonable price increases (in some instances, double), and poor customer service. My impression is the doctors have been instructed by ownership to suggest unnecessary high-cost items. To give an example, my 7-year-old dog had a UTI earlier this year and needed antibiotics. Instead the doctor was recommending a full ultrasound because it "could be" kidney stones, cancer, or failure of the organs. But what my dog needed was antibiotics not to be put under anesthesia. I've tried to overlook these frustrations but it came to a head recently where I called to ask about an episode of diarrhea which occurred after opening what I suspected might be a bad bag of dog food. The front office said I would need to make an appointment to address my concerns. When I asked if I could bring in a fecal sample to test for parasite, they said no. I asked to speak to the doctor and was informed they no longer work there and I would need to make an appointment. Just no care anymore for your clients. You can't double your prices and offer a worse customer experience, like not being able to answer a couple questions from a long-time client over the phone. I feel bad for the front office staff and vet techs here because it seems like most are probably doing their best but the leadership's priorities are in the wrong place creating a toxic environment. I put the blame squarely on ownership's priorities and hope they get their act together. I will not be back.

I adopted a dog from the Denver animal shelter & was given a list of vets that would give us a complimentary first visit. I brought my dog in to get her established with care and have her checked out considering she was a stray and had been spayed 10 days before bringing her in.The lady casually told me “we’re just going to have you pay full price since I can’t figure it out.” The appointment was very rushed and the staff did not seem to be knowledgeable on their policies. The lady asked me “where exactly does it say that?” So I flipped the packet over that she had already read, & read word for word… “these locations will offer a complimentary first visit” I asked… I’m at the right location right? Everything worked out after being treated like I was literally stupid… anyways… I will not be back. Also to add, my dog has some swelling in the area of the incision that I will need to take her somewhere else for a second opinion considering the only information the veterinarian gave me was “yep, whoever did it has definitely done it before.” Also paid cash & left without any paperwork, receipt or proof that she had been seen. It was overall very unprofessional.
