We can't thank Little Tokyo Pet Clinic enough — they truly saved the day for us. While on a road trip, we rescued a lost puppy and decided to adopt her. After getting her fully vaccinated and microchipped, we needed a health certificate so she could fly home with us. Unfortunately, another vet gave us an incomplete certificate and incorrect information, leaving us scrambling late on a Friday night to find help. After a long, stressful search through the weekend — calling clinic after clinic with no luck — we found Little Tokyo Pet Clinic. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. They understood our situation immediately and went out of their way to help us. Thanks to Dr. Hye-Ok Chung and her team, we were able to get everything sorted and continue our journey with peace of mind. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help in a time of real need meant the world to us. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone — especially if you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares. 💛🐾

Apr 21, 2025 · WingYi NgAbsolutely happy with this hospital, I was able to quickly get an appointment and their communication through text is so quick and helps deliver info to them before I even arrive. The moment I saw her getting stomach issues, I instantly thought of this place and the care provided during my first visit, didn’t hesitate to go back! The info for post-visit care is thorough and emailed to you, which is another amazing plus. Absolutely recommend this place! They also have 90 min parking validation in the parking lot next to the hospital.
Mar 31, 2025 · JC PerezThis place is run by greedy and money hungry people unfortunately. If you dog has something that could be common like an upset stomach/vomiting, they'll go over ALL possible reasons from benign like allergies to kidney failure to cancer. They'll recommend 6 tests to test all and quote you $950. Vs a normal vet will say there are other symptoms to consider to see if it's necessary to do all these tests at once. Maybe try out something most common, and see if that fixes it and let us know in a few days. If there are other alarming symptoms, I could understand being so extreme, but right now it's just coughing. I will never go here again. Every single time I can feel the vet trying to cause alarm. He even cited my dog lost a lot of weight from the last time my dog came in 7 months ago (how can you know if it's a lot recently or slowly since last year because we've been trying to get her to be more healthy). Both the woman and the man vet do this exploitative practice to make you anxious and do all tests. It's sad to come across people like this. They don't care for you or your pet. They just want to up charge as much as possible.
Jan 19, 2025 · V MFor 2 years, my cats have been going to Little Tokyo Pet Clinic. It's expensive, but I honestly do not care. As long as my pets are getting the best care, I would pay anything. In hindsight, I don't think Dr. Hyun knows much about cat healthcare. No exams are ever done in front of you, and your pets are taken to the back. I am pretty sure, my cat has never gotten a thorough physical exam here. I recently went to another vet who did an exam in front of me and learned way more about my cat's condition. Perhaps, Dr. Hyun is a better vet for other pets, just not cats? Although I don't care about the price, every time I would reject a service/procedure, they would passively text me "It's just one test." I don't think they meant to be passive, but it comes off that way. It really hurt me and made me feel like a bad mom. :( I really trusted everything Dr. Hyun and the staff said. They are supposed to be the experts after all. I am just very hurt by all this. I love the staff. They are all so nice and polite. Dr. Hyun is also very nice and kind. Everyone is great. I just don't think my cat received the ideal care here. I want to make it clear that I don't think they would ever harm your animals. They are super responsive over texts, and that is absolutely amazing. This is why I do not have the heart to give a 1 star. They are doing everything else right. Customer service is great! I just don't think they are knowledgable on cat healthcare. Perhaps, it's different for dogs or other pets. The reason my review is a 2 star is because I won't come here again. Although the staff is nice, I do believe that is a bare minimum for any business. My rating is solely based on their healthcare knowledge and expertise. Edit: Review is 1 star now.
Apr 25, 2025 · CindyOverpriced, borderline predatory. The quote for treating a hotspot on my dog was about 900$, when the treatment for a hotspot can be found on Amazon for like 50$. I did receive some useful information, but believe the cost I was quoted was excessive
