We were SO very impressed with everyone at this veterinary hospital! We are traveling and one of our senior special needs cats, Junior, desperately needed to be seen. They welcomed us with open arms, even though we are not a regular client. Every staff member we spoke with was professional and most helpful. We felt heard the moment we walked through the door. We were completely impressed with Dr. Van Schoick. She asked many questions to understand our cat's situation and gave a detailed protocol and treatment plan for Junior. We would recommend this veterinary hospital without reservation. Thank you, Linden Heights Animal Hospital!! You were exactly what Junior needed! 馃惥馃挏

Apr 26, 2025 路 Gretchen GAmazing staff and doctors! We were on vacation with our cats when one of our male cats, Dobby, became ill. The staff on the phone were amazing! They asked great questions and asked if I could send photos. By the time we arrived at the hospital, they had Dobby's records from our vet and everything arranged. Dobby is now on the mend and doing great. One observation I also noticed - how lovely even their customers were. All were clearly trusting in the care received by the Linden Heights team! Thank you Linden Heights for taking such good care of our sweet Dobby!
Mar 29, 2025 路 Valerie CreasonUnfortunately this is not a positive review. I have brought my animals to this facility for years. Dr Marcelo who is no longer there saved my dog's life. I have always referred friends and family to you because of my positive experiences. Within the last couple of weeks a friend of mine had a very bad experience, and it gave me pause as to bringing my animals back. Her dog needed emergency surgery, and the process has been quite stressful on her and the dog. First it took days for her to get an estimate on a surgery they said was needed right away. Second, when the surgery was scheduled she was laughed at by an associate because she was emotional. The drop off for the animal was first thing in the morning, and it was 2:00 in the afternoon before she got any information on her dog. Only to find out that the animal had just been put under anesthesia and was not finished with her scheduled surgery. She was told that the surgery that needed to take place was the only option for her dog, but found out after the fact they were other things that could have been considered for her dog. The general demeanor of the vet and the staff was very flip. The dog developed an infection. Antibiotics were not given at the discharge. Her concerns were dismissed. She was made to feel like she was overreacting, and has spent the last week panicked about her dog who went to yesterday was acting completely different than before the surgery. I am extremely disappointed at the experience that she had gone through. I know that she will not be bringing her animals there. Sadly I will be moving on as well. Everyone over there needs to think about how they talk to the customer and remember that these animals are like family to us. Very disappointed
May 12, 2025 路 Gail SteeleI can always get an appointment when I need one. They are always on time when I get there. The vet is very attentive and listens to my concerns and provides treatment options.
Mar 20, 2025 路 Shelley KeysDoctor Tohill was very thorough and made it easy to understand our cat鈥檚 diagnosis. All office staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the team at this office.
