Been going to Lifetime for 6 years and have never had a problem, Dr. Jackson is great, kind, friendly and listens to your concerns and provides you with the best possible solution. Danielle is great and provides you with the best service possible and Carly is fantastic with getting the dogs ready for their exam.

Was looking for a new Vet because we feel at VCA it was so corporate driven by profit now they lost our trust. Upselling whenever they can. Get a quote from VCA then go to pick up our pet and the bill was 50% higher but we never were notified of that. Was recommended by our groomer to go try Lifetime and had our appointment. Was very pleased with Dr Jackson and Renee the tech. Charlie our dog is like our kid and we're picky on his care and were relieved we had a great experience at Lifetime.

Today I took my Toby there for a skin problem. Got me in same day. Great service at front desk and the doctor was wonderful 👍 would recommend them best part there affordable. Will be bringing all my dogs there from here on out.. thank you

I recently contacted this veterinarian to find a new clinic for my two dogs. During the call, I mentioned that I usually take my dogs to Big Lakes in Muskegon. The receptionist immediately assumed we were poor and couldn't afford their services. She was extremely insulting, even saying that we wouldn't be a good fit for their clinic and they wouldn't be able to service our dogs. This was a horrible experience. Their prices are incredibly high, and all I wanted was to get my dogs looked at based on the good things I had heard about them. Instead, I was told to go somewhere else because they assumed I couldn't afford their services. They seem to cater only to wealthy clients, and if you don't fit their standards, your dogs won't be taken care of. Beware of their high prices and elitist attitude.
