I got my baby spayed here. They did a great job at a quarter of the price of a normal vet. I'm so thankful. $155 spay + $25 microchip +$80 4 baby teeth removed. Getting an appointment through the website is difficult. The spots fill up quickly.

Jan 10, 2025 路 Margaret LaneIdk what a lot of people are talking about in these reviews- BUT I was able to easily book an appointment for my dogs neuter ONLINE without having to speak with anyone. (https://lifelineanimal.org/pet-care/) if you scroll down to this location then you could just book 馃え. Then, I received emails once the booking was confirmed. I also received a text reminder a day before. Information was given CLEAR in the email and also at the door of the facilities on drop-off times and pick-up times! I have been here for rabies shots and now my second visit with this neuter appointment. Staff was super nice and helpful each time. Literally every being in there is so sweet, informative, and helpful! Prices here are the most affordable than any other vet I visited too!
Sep 10, 2024 路 ThiaI had two cats neutered/spayed here and I do not recommend to anyone else. First of all it is EXTREMELY HARD to get in contact with them for any type of information. When I made the appointment for both my cats I was told I would be able to use voucher without bringing in the physical voucher by an employee over the phone. After already completing the neuter/spay, I was told I would not be able to use the voucher by a different employee. The employee, Tallhita, explained that it is printed on the voucher to bring the physical voucher, but nowhere on the front or back of the voucher did it say that. They apologized for the miscommunication but would not be able to reimburse me if I had brought the physical voucher. Because lifeline is a low-cost clinic, you would think they are there to help low-income pet owners. Unfortunately, the project is tainted with horrendous customer service and employees who are unwilling to fix their mistakes. This is the last time I will ever seek pet services from lifeline and I hope no one has to go through this abomination of service. In the end, they costed me an extra $100. As someone who is in college, the money could've been used elsewhere. I cannot imagine the horror of pet owners in a worse financial situation than myself if this happened to them. I have added my voucher with private information crossed out as proof.
Aug 05, 2024 路 Vanessa NguyenWe got our cat Meleys spade and got some other shots taken care of almost a week ago now, and Lifeline was awesome! We called and managed to get an appointment a day before we went in, and when I arrived they were friendly and I can tell they took good care of my fur daughter :) They even did our care for free! That was too kind. Little Cone Head is healing nicely as we speak!
Apr 14, 2024 路 Justin SmithDO NOT ADOPT PETS FROM THIS SHELTER!!! They gave us two sick cats, which is unethical. They gave them to us on medication. Then after two weeks they said they can鈥檛 help us with the cats anymore. What sent me over the edge is that my vet told me that a lot of people who adopted cats from this exact same shelter was infected with an upper respiratory infection. So now we have to pay for their vaccines out of pocket because the voucher they gave us had to go towards their treatment and visit. The shelters are supposed to give you healthy and vaccinated cats. Not sick cats and leave you responsible for the bill.
