They don’t seem to have any sense of urgency. I’ve been waiting a week for the results of my cat’s ultrasound. She’s still vomiting and having diarrhea after the medicine they gave. I’ve tried calling them for an update, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then they just said the doctor has to call me to give the results… I’m still waiting for him to call. My cat is sick and needs help, but they don’t seem to care. I only had two visits so far (one of them for the ultrasound) and they already charged me over $1K, and they don’t have a payment plan. I am furious! What am I even paying for?? When I first got the blood test results from the first visit, they barely even gave me an explanation for the results. I just uploaded the results to ChatGPT and got more information on what is going on with my cat than I’ve gotten from this vet in a week. The only person who seems to being trying to help me is the lovely receptionist Robin. She seems to actually be concerned about my cat’s situation. Unfortunately, her hands are tied, but she’s trying to get someone to help me.

I’ve been going to this clinic for years. I see the difference now and when I first started going. The service was good and reasonable prices, they showed interest in your pets care. I see now it’s all about charging and not the proper pet care . They are referring you to different specialists to keep the business going. I will no longer be taking my pet to this clinic.

This is such a good veterinarian office. They are super nice and always make sure my dog is doing great. Two years ago, I thought i was going to lose my fur baby because I couldn't figure out why she stopped eating, and after a very expensive visit, I found this place thanks to a friend. The vet just looked at her blood work from the er and diagnosed her without trying to run my pockets for more money. He gave me 3 simple meds to give her, and she's been great ever since. They are also pretty affordable. Sometimes it's hard to reach them by phone but it is a small place with one receptionist. Kudos to this place!

I was recommended to come here by a Facebook group and overall pretty happy with their services. My pet had her first appointment of the day so wait wasnt too bad at all. The tech(nurse) was very professional and very kind to my pet. vet showed up evaluate my pet, and he was very professional and loved that he has a sense of humor. I got my pet vaccinated and they were extremely gentle with her. Very happy with their services. The front desk guy seems shy and reserved but he was professional as well.
