Dr. Gilbert & her entire team are wonderful, everyone from her office staff to clinical team! They we're very accommodating to my chronically ill pet who was suffering a unexpected health emergency. Dr. Gilbert was able to provide my family & I with the resources and information to allow my pet to most comfortably return home on palliative care to allow us to say goodbye to our sweet girl before being laid to rest. The kindness from the staff made a difficult situation a bit more bearable as well as I was confident in Dr. Gilberts expert advise in the situation. The pricing was explained in detailed prior to treatment as well as the pro & cons of each course of treatments. Much thanks to Lexington Animal Clinic for helping our family through a very difficult time.

Lexington animal clinic is the Best!!!!! We have a mix breed Corgi and Great Dane and they never judge us!!! Its name is lil Piggy bc he is overweight. Dr. Gilbert’s assistants are the BEST, especially Suzanne and Haley. Their prices are fair and all the billing has always been explained to me thoroughly. I LOVE lil Piggy and there is no other ladies I would trust with him. You go girls!!!!!

Love the front staff! So sweet and thoughtful. They treated my baby like their own. Dr Gilbert and her staff have always been upfront and transparent with the care my baby is receiving. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Gilbert did my golden’s ovary sparing spay and was phenomenal! She is highly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions about this lesser known procedure in depth. After the surgery, I was given her cell number in case there were any issues overnight. She and her staff were compassionate and very attentive to my dog’s comfort and wellbeing. Highly highly recommend!

Absolute cannot thank Dr. Gilbert enough, we were back and forth to the the vet 2 times in a row to see what was going on with my sweet Draco. Once we found out what it was, Dr. Gilbert told us what we needed to do and at the moment we couldn’t but we found a way! We called Dr. Gilbert at 8:30pm and told her we could do the surgery, with no hesitation she called her tech Thomas and was there in no time. After leaving the clinic at 1am, My boy is back right and on his way to recovery. I seriously cannot thank everyone enough that helped us get my Draco back! we are so thankful. Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Thomas definitely shows compassion and empathy towards our 4 legged children. There are not enough words for me to describe how thankful I am for the both of them. If i could give them 10 million stars I would.
