We have been using this vet clinic for four years. They have excellent customer service, the vets and techs truly love the animals they are seeing and give true personalized service and care for our four-legged family members.

well,i just have to be honest. we've been with this clinic for close to 6 yrs now, so of course we loved them. we recently had to cycle our pets in for updates as needed and an emergency with one of them. The professional climate seemed to have changed with the new building along with the competency and cohesiveness of the care provided. Most of the young techs seem to blow me off (yes, the pet owner whom all are filed under and i pay for everything) and focused all eye contact and the dignity of actually respectfully addressing/speaking only with just my girlfriend now.wonder what all of the sudden makes me irrelevant in their minds, but whatever.as long as my pet gets good care.... well i wouldn't be here writing a review if that happened.manhate is too strong of a word, but I'm not far off. So of course my girlfriend dont see the issue, practically all staff is now women and to be honest that's not important one way or another to me. but Disregarding me and habitual incompetency in my pet's care IS! Im sure the clinic will remove this as those who have the guilt in it will just deny it or brush it off like they have done me the past 3 months. after reading a few other reviews , it seems I'm not alone in the "all men can get bent" feeling offered now by the infantile personal politic projecting staff.you're not alone in the "omg am i paying for the new building in bulk now?" billing issues either. not looking to tarnish these folks. hoping they get a good wiff of wake up though as they are treating pet loving parents and loyal customers as money bags and men as second class or irrelevant owners. bottomline for me. i will take my pets eslewhere. if i wanted to endure the Vagina monologues, I will go to a College play and save the fortune this place is now costing me.

Overall it was an okay experience. They treated us kindly and were able to make an appointment for the same day without any extra charge which was apprecited. The location was clean and the admins and vet assistants were friendly and patient. Unfortunately, we were there for a diagnostic which they were unable to provide. All they could offer were pain meditations or an xray which the vet admitted probably wouldn't provide us the answer we needed to find out the root cause of the pain. I appreciated his honestly to not put us or our dog through unnecessary procedures. However, pain killers weren't a solution, so we left as clueless about the diagnostic as when we went in. Overall, this vet would probably be okay for yearly wellness checks or common emergencies, but its not equiped for diagnostics.
