If you plan on taking your pet there, I suggest to not book with Dr. Moore. You will be rushed out the door, being told your pet is fine when your pet is far from fine. Mine died 10 hrs after being told " he was fine". He had pure blood spewing out of his rear end but because his pancreatic blood panel came back ok, that qualified for my dog to be Ok and nothing to worry about. No Xrays, no further testing to find out why he was bleeding and vomiting . Now our boy passed over the Rainbow Bridge and we have no answers as to why!! We will never ever bring another animal there. He out to be ashamed to call himself a Vet. A butcher is more fitting !

When I'm in a new place I look for a doctor for my furbabies the same way I do for the humans in my family.. because yes they are no different. I got Peek-A-Boo from the shelter. Her 1st appointment and spay was scheduled by the shelter so she went to someone different than who Little Bit had already seen. We are very happy with who Little Bit saw and planned to take Peek-A-Boo there after her initial things were done. I didn't realize that we would get lucky and actually find another doctor that would be SO fantastic that it would make me question that decision.. but that is exactly what happened. The staff at the Lenoir Veterinary Hospital have been so good.. caring and thorough that we've been discussing staying with them and switching Little Bit to be seen there as well. I've had furbabies my whole life and NEVER found a doctor's office that I felt THAT good about. They take the time to listen and fully explain things. The times I've been there I left with no questions.. because they were that good. The environment is always good and calming. Peek-A-Boo has some issues with new people places.. but she was so at ease there. It was that reaction that was the icing on the cake for me. When the doctor called me after her procedure to give me an update, he commented on her behavior. He said that she is "so sweet" among other nice things. It totally set my mind at ease because yes I was very worried about her. Knowing that the environment and people around her were SO good that she wasn't losing her mind was like when I found a doctor for my kids that they really liked and wanted to see again. If you're looking for a doctor for your furbaby, the Lenoir Veterinary Hospital is an EXCELLENT place to go!!! You will love it.. more importantly your furbaby will love it. Thank you SOOOOO much to everyone there for all that you do. I look forward to the many years we will be working together to make sure my furbabies are well taken care of 😊💚

Our experience was great! Dr. Moore and all of the staff are kind, respectful and professional. I appreciate the calm nature as well… it helped keep my cat’s anxiety to a minimum. It is refreshing to see all the employees in a company have a positive, can do attitude. It is rare to see that anymore.

Have been bringing my animals there for years. Had a stray come to us and they were able to take us in right away and we didn't have to wait long once we got there. We've seen all the vets and love them all. The front staff and nurses are all so sweet and professional.

Dr. Dan and his staff were great. They do a great job on routine things. They are very knowledgeable and caring. My dog recently had an emergency situation, and they were able to get us in immediately. The vet techs were super sweet and so caring that my dog actually went back to say thank you!
