The care that we have received for all of our pets has been phenomenal. Our dogs are a bit high strung sometimes and they are so patient and understanding. We also recently had to say goodbye to our elderly cat and they were so kind and thoughtful with the whole process.

I was recommended by a friend when my 16 week old puppy got an ear infection and the staff was so great with him! He got all the attention and cheese he could ask for! They were so helpful in showing me exactly what to do to care for his ear and the pricing was very fair as well. I’d never seen a dog that didn’t want to leave the vet until our visit

Very nice facility on the front end. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Not our normal vet for care, but required for boarding. Will provide update after boarding experience...Staff is very friendly and just makes the process very low stress. The daily updates and videos of my Piper was a reassuring touch by Felicity to ease this puppy parent's anxiety. Piper is still there, so i am sure pick up will go well.

Sara is awesome in the grooming department and always makes our dog so soft and cute! All of our experiences with Lazy 5, from grooming, to boarding, to a broken leg, to end of pet life assistance have just been the best! The receptionist did not schedule my dog's appointment correctly, and instead of making any attempt to provide the care for my dog that was scheduled, I was told I'd have to reschedule my appointment. There was no attempt to correct their mistake in office, after I took time away from work to bring my dog in. It was not my fault the appointment was scheduled incorrectly, but my dog had to pay the price for their mistake. That's not right. Also, when I'm told my dog is NOT due for an exam to receive a vaccine but IS due for an exam to receive a pain injection, it comes across as though Lazy 5 has policies focused on money and not on caring for my pet. Or that they were making excuses as to why they couldn't do what was scheduled. I honestly don't care which, as they've shown their priorities are not the pets in their care. I will not ever go back, and I will happily tell everyone I know about my experience.
