They’ve gone above and beyond helping me prepare my cat for international travel to Bangkok, and I am so grateful for their support, knowledge, and kindness every step of the way. The team is incredibly thorough, patient, and compassionate — they walked me through all the paperwork, vaccinations, health certifications, and everything else involved in getting my cat travel-ready. It’s a stressful process, but they’ve made it feel manageable and even comforting. You can really tell they care about both pets and their people. From the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors, every single person I’ve interacted with has been amazing. Doctor Fawcett is incredible! He not only addressed my kitty's cough, but her poor, chronically itchy ears--she's had a yeast infection for years, and no other vet had bothered to take it seriously before. I couldn't recommend him enough. Boba says thank you!

When my dad passed away and I inherited Doc a couple years ago, I kept taking him to this vet and I can see why my dad loved them. Everyone in the office has been so kind, compassionate, and patient with Doc, and me, with his end of life care. I've been calling the office with many many questions almost every day now, and they have been so patient with me. I appreciated both Dr's honesty(even though it was hard to hear) and moving forward I will happily bring any other pets I may have to this office. A special thank you for the DR and Techs at Layton Vet Hosp. Our dog had urgent surgery to remove a grow one day before we left home in Colorado on a six-week road trip in our motorhome. The stiches needed to be taken out in 7-10 days, and we didn't know who would/could do that. We stopped in yesterday to ask, and they said stop by the next morning at 8:00am and they would remove them for us, no charge. With kind of attitude towards pet owners and our fur babies, I can only imagine what a pleasant experience it must be to be a client of theirs. Thank you again.
