I want to share my recent experience at the pet bath facility. I've been taking my dog there since he was 2 months old, and now he is almost 3 years old. I had scheduled regular baths, heartworm pills for two months, and Lyme Disease vaccination annually for my dog. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing encounter. When I went to pick up my dog, I was informed of an additional charge for a heartworm test that I was not aware of. When I questioned the amount, the receptionist's attitude towards me was extremely rude. When I dropped off my dog this person was not there, she was acting very demanding and rude. She made derogatory remarks about my financial status and even signed the payment without my permission. I paid $206 for that service. Also, she said why I didn’t ask in the morning if you hadn’t heard about the heartworm test 🙄 how I am going to ask for something I didn't know that’s so stupid, my credit card info is in the files that's the way I have been charged all these past years she said this is the last time I am doing this when I have 3 years of paying that way. She is an absurd ignorant person I don't know how she filling up this position. Additionally, she left my dog inside when he was ready for pick up for almost 10 minutes, why? Makes me think cause she was feeling some type of way and she held my dog 😩 And my dog was distressed when I finally received him. I was deeply concerned about the unprofessional behavior and the lack of proper care for my dog. I noticed that my dog was still wet, his butt was dirty which was not the first time with this complaint and he had diarrhea, which was not the case before the visit. What did this character do to my dog? This experience has shattered my trust in this facility, and I will not be taking my dogs there anymore. I am also disappointed to hear that my friends have had similar experiences at the same place, despite my recommendation. The receptionist's behavior and unprofessional way of approaching the customer made me feel unhappy, her rudeness and facial expression made me feel uncomfortable when I was paying for the service it's not fair she was just sitting there with her phone scrolling pics and ignoring me. What type of customer services she is offering as a representative of the Animal Hospital? But as soon as the doctor shows up her attitude changes, she pays attention and acts “polite” It's not about the money it's about the way she is acting. If she is acting with me like how she is going to treat my dog, I am still upset just to think how my dog could be treated there. My dog is a very easygoing and gentle giant dog but he was NEVER happy to be there all the time was pulling me to take him away from this place 😩 (I don't know her name but she is wearing dreads )

I had a great experience visiting with Boba, my little cavapoo mix, I called and was offered an appointment that same afternoon which is unheard of! I ended up coming the next day and we really happy with the client experience. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a regular here and will bring my two other pets for all their vet needs! Thank you!

Been coming here for several years. Dr Adelman has always given such great attention and care to my dogs and cats. The technician's and reception have been exceptionally kind and efficient in their assistance with my babies (especially with my unruly German Shepard). Would give this more stars if I could 🪻✨

I will NEVER NEVER recommend and take my dog to this place again. I feel sorry and bad for my dog he had the experience of being there for a bath and another service. The hospital facility is poor and shameful, look at those pics. Heartbreaking at this moment. And these people for the counter have the shame to be rude and act like that. Unbelievable!!!!
