I am traveling, and someone is letting me stay on their land. My dog got really sick over the weekend, and I needed a vet asap. There are only 2 local vets. They were closer, so I called them. The lady was super friendly but also of no help. They were more interested in my information than helping my dog. Since I don't have a local address, she couldn't schedule me. I offered my actual address, and she said no. We can't schedule you. I called the other one. No issues of any kind. Quick test results and labs. Super friendly. My pet was the priority. I would never recommend going here. My dog could have died. They were worried about my address. I'm sure the treatment isn't much better.... My dog enjoyed the other vet so much that she is smiling and on the road to recovery.

Welcome to the local introduction of Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital, a veterinary care provider located at 2155 W Gaines St, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464, USA. As a listed entity in the 'Pet Hospital' category, Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital aims to serve the pet care needs of the local community by offering a range of veterinary services and potentially related goods. This introduction is designed to provide local users with an objective overview of the hospital based on publicly available information, including customer reviews found online.

Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital can be contacted via phone at (931) 762-3908 or their mobile number +1 931-762-3908. For pet owners in and around Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, this contact information is crucial for scheduling appointments, seeking emergency advice, or inquiring about the services they offer.

Based on the limited information available online, particularly customer reviews, it's important for local users to approach Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital with a degree of caution and consider the experiences shared by others. Some reviewers have highlighted significant concerns regarding their interactions with the clinic, particularly concerning the initial reception and aftercare instructions.

One review from a traveling pet owner described a negative experience where their immediate need for veterinary care for a sick dog was seemingly overshadowed by administrative concerns, specifically the lack of a local address. This individual reported that despite offering their actual address, the clinic allegedly refused to schedule an appointment, prioritizing their information over the urgent health of the pet. This experience contrasts sharply with another local veterinary option mentioned in the same review, where the pet owner reported quick test results, labs, and a friendly, pet-focused approach.

Another concerning review detailed alleged issues with post-surgical care. The reviewer claimed they received no aftercare instructions or pain medication for their dog following surgery at Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital. Subsequently, they reportedly received an invoice in the mail days later containing these instructions. This lack of timely information and medication could potentially impact the pet's recovery and well-being. The same reviewer also described the front desk staff as rude and uninformative, and the individual who handled the animal as equally uncommunicative.

It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not reflect the entirety of the services provided by Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital. However, they do raise potential concerns that local pet owners may want to consider when choosing a veterinary care provider for their beloved animals.

Given the limited positive feedback available in the provided information, it is challenging to objectively describe the specific services, features, and environment of Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital. The negative reviews primarily focus on customer service aspects, communication, and aftercare procedures rather than detailing the facilities or the range of medical services offered. Typically, a pet hospital would provide services such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, diagnostics (including blood work, X-rays, etc.), surgical procedures, dental care, and emergency services. However, based on the provided text, we lack specific details about whether Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital offers all these services or any unique features that might distinguish it.

Without further positive information or a description from the hospital itself, it is difficult to provide details about the environment. A typical pet hospital aims to be a clean and comfortable space for animals and their owners, equipped with examination rooms, surgical suites, laboratory facilities, and potentially boarding areas. However, the provided reviews do not offer any insight into the physical environment of Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital.

Similarly, promotional information is absent from the provided text. Pet hospitals often promote their services through various channels, highlighting special offers, new equipment, or specific areas of expertise. However, no such information is available for Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital in the given context.

As a local user seeking veterinary care in Lawrenceburg, TN, it is advisable to consider the feedback provided in these reviews alongside your own research and potentially direct inquiries to Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital and other local options. It may be beneficial to contact the hospital directly to inquire about their services, protocols, and to address any concerns raised in the online reviews. Visiting the facility, if possible, could also provide valuable insight into their environment and the demeanor of their staff.

Choosing the right pet hospital is a crucial decision for any pet owner. It involves considering not only the medical expertise but also the quality of care, communication, and the overall experience. The available customer reviews for Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital suggest potential areas where improvements might be needed, particularly in customer service, communication regarding treatment plans and aftercare, and ensuring that the pet's well-being is the primary focus. Local users are encouraged to weigh this information carefully as part of their decision-making process for their pet's healthcare needs.

In conclusion, Lawrenceburg Animal Hospital is a pet hospital located in Lawrenceburg, TN, offering veterinary care services. However, publicly available customer reviews raise concerns regarding customer service, communication, and post-operative care. Local pet owners should consider these points and conduct further research to make an informed decision about their pet's veterinary needs in the area.

They never told.me anything for after care with my dog. Never gave any pain meds for after her surgery. Yet I get a copy of a invoice in the mail with instructions days later of what to do. The lady at the front is very rude and dont give any information. The guy who is the one who takes the animal back is just as rude and dont speak. My 1st and last time going here.

My jack Russell was bitten by a much larger dog & it shattered her shoulder so she had to have surgery and get pins put in it. The bill was for $500 and my poor little pup came home in worse shape than she was before she went there. She was in so much pain that she couldn't even move. The worse part is that the vet didnt put any type of cast or even a splint on her leg when they sent her home and they never gave her any medicine for pain. I don't recommend this vetrinarion to anyone. I will never take another one of my fur babies there ever again.
