Laurel Road Veterinary Clinic

*Note, I came from out of state and brought all my dog’s records, showing her history and fully vax’d, with us. Just moved her from Colorado and from the first call/first visit, all I can say is if this is the way this vet will treat me and my dog…We love you and I’m in for good! My pup hurt her leg playing frisbee over the weekend and I needed her to be seen. From the person that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment, to the person that took us back for the assessment, to meeting with the vet (Dr Barksdale), they were kind, informative, personable and didn’t think this dog mom was a crazy dog lady. Zero pressure or upsell. They even talked me down from having unnecessary services that our vet in Colorado had been trying to force upon us since one year old (she’s 22 mos now.) The icing on the cake was the final bill at checkout. I genuinely asked the front desk if they were sure they charged me for everything (because the same visit in Colorado would have had me out the door at close to 4-$500 dollars.) Thank you for being so great today! My doodle is so precious to me and trusting her to others is difficult for me.

I can’t say enough great things about Laurel Road Veterinary Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me and my pet feel welcome and at ease. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and compassionate. Dr Ilene was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answering all my questions with patience and care. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide top-notch service. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently, which I really appreciate. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic where both you and your pet will be treated with kindness and expertise, I highly recommend Laurel Road!

Best vet clinic ever. I went to a few other veterinarians until I found this one and none have compared to Laurel Road in the way of compassion and service. The entire staff is so helpful and nice and you can tell they all truly love animals and what they do. They have been there for us for a couple of emergencies with our pets so far and we were amazed at how quickly they got us in and how great the prices were. They don’t push any services on us that we don’t need and genuinely just want the best for my fur babies. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Dr. Nedra & Benjamin were both great & attentive with our beloved Cat Smokey, they quickly took excellent care of & treated him, and the Dr. called to check up the next day, give me updates on his labs and explain the healing process. his belly abscess is almost healed & no more scratching! The flea treatment for cats is working great also, I will definitely keep bringing my pets here for excellent care. Thanks so much!! Smokey are our family are so grateful ☺️

I just want to share about our experience with this vet because I was SO grateful for them in our time of need. Our cat was injured and my regular vet was not available, when I called Laurel Road VC for help they said they would see her right away for us. Unfortunately she did not make it, but the staff and doctor were so kind and compassionate and did everything they could for us, even when we were not their regular clients. I will absolutely be switching to this office now and just want to say thank you for everything that you guys did for my family!
