Dr. Reynolds was absolutely great! The moment we met him we knew Ares was in good hands. He removed her stitches, and examined her. When she came back she was calm and not scared. He explained everything to us thoroughly, was sincere and compassionate. We felt at ease and we were very lucky. If you need an ophthalmologist I highly recomand him. The vet assistant: Elizabeth she was knowledgeable, she gave great tips and advice, she also demonstrated how to apply the medication which we are pros now thanks to her. I can't thank them both enough. I felt safe to give my baby girl to the vet to be examined and My baby girl felt cared for.

Staff is exceptionally friendly. Dr Reynolds is very knowledgeable and compassionate and the vet tech was thorough and super friendly. Overall I felt very comfortable as if I've been going there for years, but this was my first visit. Everyone at the front desk made me feel welcome and calmed me down because I was worried about my dogs vision. Literally everyone at this location is so amazing and I thank you all soooo much! Quick service, knowledgeable staff, and very caring and understanding. I will be bringing both my dogs back here for yearly checkups on their vision.

Dr. Reynolds performed cataract surgery on my dog Apache. Apache is diabetic, 13 and mostly deaf. Giving him his eyesight back is a blessing! He is happy again, enjoys his daily walks and hanging with his brother. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr Reynolds. He is caring, thoughtful and very thorough with explaining what to expect. Thank you Dr Reynolds and the entire staff at LVVSC!! You’re the best!

LVVSC is top tier!! My daisy girl had to get a TPLO surgery, i decided to take her here to get with the best doctors & care for her first surgery. I was so nervous since I've never had to take any of my dogs in for a surgery, but Dr. Rexing walked me through the whole surgery and recovery process. They took such great care of Daisy while she was there. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone cared about how much we've been through to get to this point. They didn't make us feel badly about it or tell Otter to go on a diet. No one was rushing, everyone took their time explaining everything and allowed us to speak on our experience with wanting to get this surgery so Otter can have a better quality of life. Morgan has a positive and upbeat attitude when speaking with us and when handling Otter. Dr. Fuller explained the surgery in depth and answered every question we had with a kind, meaningful tone. Dr. Wood was very kind and I really appreciated when she shook our hands when she walked in. The whole staff truly cares about animals. As mentioned before, Morgan, Dr. Fuller, and Dr. Wood were extremely kind to us and made us feel fully informed because they explained everything with confidence and compassion. The staff up front were just as kind and made us feel welcomed. You all genuinely care about animals and you treated us like humans who want the best for their dogs instead of another appointment to rush through like other places we've been to.

Dr Vaughan and his assistant were very amazing during this difficult time for us. All my questions were answered and my cat was very well taken care of during his stay. Dr Also Dr burr who took over my cats care when Dr Vaughan was off. I appreciate the communication on my cats well being. They really put me at ease
