Landisville Animal Hospital

Have been going here since 1985 with our first Shellie. We started with Dr. Fuhrman and now see Dr. Douple. Love everyone there, so pleasant and so helpful.

We have been going to Landisville for about 10 years and even when we had moved a little further away, they are worth the drive. We have since moved closer and I’m so happy for that fact. Throughout all of our pets we have seen every vet they have there and we love them all. Every one of them is compassionate, knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and they explain everything to you thoroughly. The nurses and reception staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and we have never left there feeling confused or upset. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Even when we had to take our cat to an emergency vet, they called the next day to see how he was doing and wanted updates along the way. They constantly prove that they care about their patients and what they do rather than just money. As long as I am in this area, I will never go to another vets office. Thank you so much to the Landisville Animal Hospital staff for being the absolute best!!

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Landisville Animal Hospital, especially considering this was only my third visit. As a result, I will no longer be bringing my pets there. While my initial visit was acceptable, my second experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The staff member in the exam room failed to acknowledge me or my pet and had her back turned the entire time, offering no greeting and asking questions in a cold, impersonal manner. This left me feeling unwelcome and my pet anxious. The environment was noisy and unsettling, making a stressful situation even worse. After my visit, I received a call stating that a stool sample had not been charged. The staff member’s communication was poorly framed, and I was made to feel as though I was at fault for a mistake that clearly wasn’t mine. I offered to pay at my next visit, but was told this wasn’t acceptable. I found the entire interaction dismissive and unprofessional. Then, today, I was informed that the stool sample had been thrown away. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was never informed that the sample would be discarded; instead, I had clearly stated that if they did not send it to the lab, I would be leaving the practice. To have my pet's sample discarded after that conversation shows a complete lack of responsibility, organization, and accountability. The doctor’s care was satisfactory, but the overall lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disorganization from the staff makes it clear that I cannot trust this practice with my pets moving forward. I am sharing this review to ensure others are aware of my experience.

After recently switching veterinary clinics, we have received the best care from Landisville Animal Hospital for our fur babies. We are very happy we made the switch. The staff at Landisville Animal Hospital is very kind, caring and supportive for both of our dogs' needs.

I am 100% sure Landisville Animal Hospital has the best staff around! I take all three of my Golden Retrievers to see Dr.Corey, I cannot recommend her enough! She is so thorough, listens to any and all concerns and never leaves a stone unturned when trying to get answers as to what is wrong. The techs are equally as amazing and keep my pups nice and calm during their appointments. My parents take all three of their current dogs and all their dogs for the last 27+ years to Landisville Animal Hospital. I used to drive down from Hummelstown just so I knew my dogs were getting the best, trusted care around.
