Yesterday, we bid farewell to our thirteen-year-old Australian Shepherd, Samson. Dr. Marie, Davorin, Jill and the staff have consistently provided exceptional assistance in addressing Samson's health concerns over the years. Their compassionate and caring approach was evident during each visit, treating Samson as if he were their own. As we prepared to depart, Dr. Marie, veterinary technicians and front desk personnel offered heartfelt condolences and embraces, transforming a challenging situation into a more bearable experience. We had unfortunate 2 emergencies with our dogs!! Their regular veterinary , being a regular customers for more than 14 years, with any emergency before. Were not able to receive them !! Lance animal hospital took care of them with care and not problem!!! We are transferring records exceeding good professional service

I can not say enough about the Doctors and staff at Lance Animal Hospital. Their love and care for my dogs and me is unmatched and priceless. My dogs are my life, and not only do they treat them as if they would their own dogs, but they treat me with the care and love of a friend or family. I have 6 dogs(they also saw my last 2 dogs no longer with us) and drive an hour plus one way for each visit. Absolutely worth every mile! Everyone over the years has been so great to us, but a special thank you to Doctor Lance, Jill, Tonya, Denise, Tiffany, Heather and Davorin. I deal with those folks the most, but have great experiences with everyone. Finding a good Veterinarian Office that you trust implicitly is like striking gold...and gold I struck with them 7 years ago. Always grateful and full of love! XO, Lecter, Sierra, Redford,River, Lizzie, Hannibal and Duke(resting in peace) and Gideon...oh and our Mom and Dad... Sara and Norm❤️

They took extra special care of our cat during her final days with us. The staff and vets were all very knowledgeable and sympathetic. They made suggestions and referrals and provided us with plenty of options. Our cat's last days were our first experience with Lance Animal Hospital and that experience was 5-star, without question.
