Lakewood Pet Vet

Dr. Keunhong Lee and his staff were very generous. They were very patient with us when we were booking our appointment. They were very honest about what is the best treatment for our cat. My cat swallowed a long piece of string and we wanted to come in to do an endoscopy. The endoscopy would've been pricey but they suggested to do x-ray first to see if an endoscopy would be appropriate. The X-ray revealed the string was too far past the stomach to do endoscopy. They saved us thousands of dollars. On top of that they told us they recommended doing an emergency surgery (given we came to them before closing) at a 24/7 facility asap to prevent damage. It just shows they were putting our cat first rather than trying to take our money. After we proceeded with our emergency surgery at a different facility, multiple members of the staff here at Lakewood called to follow up and check on our cat. I only remember the names Jennifer and Dr. Lee but everyone was friendly. Its also worth mentioning that this is the cleanest animal clinic I have ever been to. It smells fresh, floors are clean, and there is alot of open space.

Dr. Hope made my cat comfortable during her most recent appointment, and everyone at reception is friendly. The place is very clean. Prices are high, but nothing is cheap these days. I feel my kitty is safe and in good hands here, which is the most important thing.

We went in to get care for our old dog, named princess. She was attacked by Coyotes and they helped us out right away. The staff is very friendly and kind. They are so sweet to the animals that walk through the door. Dr. Lee answered our questions and concerns and was very considerate providing the options we had to care for princess. Following her post op they checked in with us and always welcomed any questions or concerns we had. Princess is recovering well and we will continue to keep going to this vet because there is comfort knowing that this is one of the best vet clinics out there and the team is on top of their game.

Found out about this Vet through Yelp as I have been having some trouble finding a place for my kitty. And I am so glad I came! Miso my cat has undergone a dental cleaning recently and Dr Lee made sure to take all precautions necessary to ensure it was safe to do so, now he is happy and well taken care of! I will be continuing my pet visits here and will recommend them every chance I get ! All the Staff and Dr.Lee have been very friendly, informative and they CARE about your pets health. affordable and for the quality care this place provides is totally worth it! We brought Atom, 13yo, with a severe ear and tooth infection. He wasn't eating and was very weak to the point where he had trouble walking. They did everything plus more. Came out in less than 2 hours happy again and wagging his tail. Gave me all the meds he needed. Staff are so friendly and professional we felt he was in good hands the whole time. I highly recommend this vet. Thanks Doc for everything 🙏
