Laketown Cat Hospital

We've been taking our feline furbabies here since we moved to the area in 2018. Dr. Palen, Dr. Klomp, & their staff have provided the best care for each of our kitties and they are very knowledgeable in their field! Each of our cats has gotten such fantastic individual care and you can see their passion so well for both their feline patients & their human parents. Their customer service goes beyond 5 stars as they go above and beyond for patients in their care. I have never been so happy with a veterinarian office in Michigan before and they are truly the best! I also really appreciate that they won't declaw cats here and I love that about their philosophy & practice! I will keep bringing my cats here for as long as we have cats (which will most likely be forever) and I definitely recommend anyone with a cat to come here as well! Thank you so much for what you have done for our family & keeping our babies happy, healthy, & pain free. We appreciate you and your work so much and we are very thankful for your time!

Wonderful, knowledgeable Doctors with a very obvious passion for their patients and their well-being. We just moved to the area in June and are so happy to have found this wonderful hospital and staff for our furry friends! highly recommend!

Love this place! I had to make a last minute appointment. Luckily there was a cancellation so I was able to get right in. The vet is so kind and loving to my cat. My cat even gives this place 5 stars! I highly recommend!!

Dr. Klomp and his team have been looking after my cat since I adopted him and they’ve done a fantastic job of being honest and helping me keep my little guy in good health. Vet care is pricey, but I’m glad that they’ve been careful to keep tabs on my cat’s well-being. They’ve been friendly during every visit, I’m happy I’m able to get my cat the care he needs so close to home.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this incredible cat hospital! One of my kitties, Katara, had an injury to one of her canine teeth and had to have it removed. I was so scared and didn’t know who to go to. Every vet or cat hospital in the Holland area refused to take in new clients. I’m so happy I found Dr. Klomp, he was amazing! He was super informative about the operation and very confident that he could extract the tooth with no problem. Katara ended up having a couple teeth removed. Katara also has bad anxiety but Dr. Klomp made her feel so comfortable and the operation went smoothly! Following year, my other cat needed a tooth removed. That one was also a success. Dr. Klomp is great! Very trustworthy. The hospital is beautiful and clean. He has the best staff. We moved back to CA, I already miss this place so much. Good luck to you all!
