I took my cat, Mr. Mojito, here to establish care and get his annual check up. The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming to him and myself. My cat has a lot of fear going to the vet and typically does not do well with being touched below his neck. However, Dr. Galloway and his assistant were so gentle with him he didn’t even make a peep during his exam or vaccines. It was an overall great experience for my cat and I am so grateful to have found a new veterinarian for him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chan is the best. She’s been so helpful as our family navigates life with our senior pup. She always goes above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations and answers to our questions and the great team at the front desk has been amazing helping to fill her medications as we travel. We love Lake Union Vet ❤️

Have been bringing both my cats here for two years. The vets are amazing and always treat me and the cats with care. However the receptionists are horrible. I heard them not only made snide remarks about me but other customers as well. I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late and then walked in to them talking about how inconsiderate I was and how I should’ve taken the bus instead to not be late. However I was already covered in cat pee because my cat cannot stand the car already. They were only making these remarks because they didn’t know I had already checked in and was sitting in lobby. Additionally while waiting for the vet I heard them speaking badly about patients that had just left. Overall I enjoy the vets but not the receptionists.

I will not use Lake Union Veterenary Clinic after overcharge. Very disappointed with their poor customer support and staff. For appointment for vaccine for dog you need to pay standard fee as office visit. for new clients $97 and for existing $38. This time they charged me $90 dollars in invoice line as office visit. It turns out they include wellness exam and called it as Office Visit. Imposing and providing services that I did not request. And they also refused to change the invoice and add line as wellness exam for my insurance company referring to their policy but when I asked to show this policy they were confused.
