I fully recommend Lake Shore Pet Hospital. All of the Veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk staff are the best around. We have had the pleasure of being clients there for 6 years, ever since we adopted our dog. Dr. Stiehl, as well as Drs Ashley, and Anderson are the most caring vet's that I have ever been involved with. I can't imagine receiving better care for my (dog) family member than at Lake Shore Pet Hospital.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by their warm and professional communication. They took the time to explain every detail of our pets' care, ensuring we felt informed and comfortable with each step. One of the standout aspects of our experience was their pet care plans. The hospital offers well-structured wellness programs that make routine visits and preventive care simple and affordable. Having a plan in place for our pets gave us peace of mind, knowing they were receiving consistent and quality care. The staff was absolutely wonderful with our two cats and two dogs. For their routine checkup, they treated each of our pets with patience, kindness, and expert care. Our dogs were showered with love and attention, and even our more anxious cats were handled with gentle reassurance. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care and service we received at Lake Shore Pet Hospital. Lake Shore Pet Hospital is an exceptional practice with the upmost wonderful staff. As someone who has to frequent the vet monthly, due to their pet having a chronic disease, it was important to find a practice that was knowledgeable, affordable, and compassionate. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted by a smiling face and feel welcomed. The lobby is spacious and can accommodate multiple families at once. The techs take wonderful care of every animal and take the extra time to ensure the pet owner understands their animal's needs and make their concerns feel heard. Even their Office Manager, Kelly, makes a point to pop in to make sure everything is as it should be and gets to know the clinic's patients on a personal level. My absolute favorite vet to see is Dr. Stiehl- I highly recommend her!

I don't like giving bad reviews of any place, but honestly the service from the ladies at the front desk is despicable! who receive the public are rude! They don't make you feel welcome! Months ago I went to take my dog, and as soon as I entered the office, they kicked me out of the office without any kind of respect or courtesy! There are ways to say things, these women definitely need to work a lot on improving their way to talk with the public, they made me feel so bad that I'm looking for a new place to take my dog!

This review will never be enough to show the amount of appreciation that I have for Lakeshore Pet Hospital and their staff. Each and every person at this location has been absolutely wonderful, kind, and compassionate. This hospital has a number of doctors and each one of them has been amazing. I am always able to be seen right away for any emergency that arises and I never feel like my appointment time is rushed and I feel that I am able to express all my concerns and have any questions I may have answered before I leave. I feel so lucky to have them as my vet for my 2 frenchies. The wellness plan has been great to have and helps me be able to budget the care I provide for my pups. Lakeshore really feels like family to me and my babies
