We just finished our two-week training with Jasmine and our puppy, Daisy Mae. We literally couldn't be happier with our experience with her! She is an excellent trainer, full of energy, compassion, professionalism, and knowledge. Our 4 month old Rottweiler absolutely adores her and we cannot recommend her highly enough. The staff at Lake Pointe are all so sweet and friendly. Jasmine has such a special way with dogs. She also takes so much of her time to work with your family one-on-one so you know how to continue to help train your dog at home. It was such a pleasant experience working with her! We've seen such improvements in Daisy Mae already, and feel much more comfortable, as owners, continuing her training at home. She is so patient and her approach to training is so positive, and she has so many amazing tools to teach. Truly cannot recommend her highly enough-- as well as all of their amazing staff! Like many other pet owners, my cat was my world. My baby. My everything! So you can imagine the heartbreak and pain my partner and I felt when we had to put our Blu down this morning due to heart failure. I could never have pictured a better experience from a better care team. I am beyond thankful for the compassion & service we received from Dr. Carlin and her wonderful assistant/tech, Kira. We truly felt supported in our decision for end of life care for our precious baby, and we are so thankful we chose this vet. We will receive our ashes and paw print of our Bluey and will carry his memory with us forever. Thank you Dr. Carlin! I am happily returning with my two other cats for future veterinary care. 10/10 highly recommend Lake Pointe Veterinary Hospital.

My appointment was great from start to finish! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor and clinical staff were all amazing with my puppers and took plenty of time to go over questions and concerns and kept me informed on costs. They even took payment in the room, which was a lifesaver when wrangling two dogs. Great care and customer service across the board!

Great staff, caring & understanding. Lots of deals, and they now do all kinds of stuff besides veterinary care, grooming, boarding, training, pharmacy, and online pharmacy where you can get prescriptions and food for your pet. They recently added access to an app PetDesk where you can track your pets health and much more.

I moved to Amelia from Harrison 4 years ago. I kept driving back to Harrison because I loved my Vet there. Well, my kitty got sick and I took a chance and went to Lake Pointe. I'm so happy I did. It's 2 miles away, I made an appointment and did all paperwork online. I was in, seen by a doctor, out in 30 minutes. So fast but friendly too. I'm sold ❤️ thank you 😊
