I’ve been taking my cats here a few years and i wouldn’t go anywhere else! All of the staff is very kind, efficient, and great with communication. They always tell me prices so I’m never surprised at check out. One time they had an issue with staffing which resulted in a very long wait period. They were very apologetic and waived my exam fee! I will always bring my cats here, even my cats like the staff here!

I've been coming here with my dog for six years now and they've been so good to him! I have a fiesty chihuahua who hates people but they're always patient and don't mind when he tries to break out of his muzzle. As far as affordability and ease of scheduling are concerned, they're some of the best in the greater Grand Rapids area so I'd definitely recommend them!

Only place I trust my chinchilla and dog to get checkups!! They helped my girl when she was puking all weekend. As soon as I left, she didn’t puke once and when she got her meds and she was in and out quick. She puked all over the waiting room and the nice assistants cleaned it up and everything! One of the cheaper priced places I’ve been too as well!

I have been taking my pets here for a few years. I had an appointment for my cat to be seen for a suspected urinary infection. Upon arrival I was told by Dr. Verhougstraete that they would not see my cat as they were certain it was a blockage and not an infection and insisted I leave and take the cat to an emergency clinic. I tried to explain that I did not believe it was a blockage but they refused to even do a physical exam to determine if it was or not. I took my cat to be seen at another clinic the same day and they ruled out a blockage and confirmed that it was simply a bacterial infection like I originally suspected. I felt as though my concerns weren’t heard and I was being talked down to.

Dr Erin Ricco helped my rabbit and gave her antibiotics. The doctor was very knowledgeable professional and I was very comfortable. They said they would follow up with a call to see how my rabbit is going but I'm sure my rabbit will be doing fine. I would highly recommend this place
