I wish I could give them a million stats. I took my beloved Duke there last year for his first visit. I was frantic and they got him in the same day. They did bloodwork and confirmed my little man was diabetic. They took time to answer the 148 questions I had and walked me through everything. They called to check on him a week later and were so nice to him. Their prices were reasonable and everyone there was so nice. I had to put my baby down last week and they were so empathetic and gentle with him and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. I will forever take all my pets to them

I love Lafayette Companion Animal Hospital! Dr. Kugler has been my vet for almost 15 years and has always given my pets so much love and excellent care. Through the tough times with having to transition a dog to welcoming my stray Gwendolyn, I trust her implicitly! The staff and technicians are always welcoming, warm and professional. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. It is such a comfort to know they will always be there to care for and maintain the health of my pets!♥️🐾

Our sweet princess Miss Coco kitty is very pleased as well! Thank you all for providing such amazing veterinarian care.

Prompt, attentive service, a kind staff. They took great care of my shy cat.

My sweet dog had ongoing issues for months and months with a few visits here trying to dissect the issue. We were never told a firm answer on anything it could be, it was more so "here's some pain meds just in case." I'm glad I listened to my gut and took her somewhere else for a second opinion because her new vet immediately recognized her symptoms as Lyme precursors, which she inevitably ended up testing positive for as well as severe kidney problems. Her new vet couldn't believe they didn't test for this as the very first thing as they were all textbook symptoms. Because of this, we lost months and months of healing her kidney function and treating for Lyme disease which could potentially be fatal at this point. I would not recommend coming here, and recommend always advocating for your furbaby when you know in your heart something is wrong even if it's being pushed off as nothing.

Dr. Kugler was great in our initial visit and follow-up for my pup, but it is impossible to reach someone via phone. They also never respond to prescription order requests from Chewy, Petsmart, etc. and my orders are frequently cancelled. I switched vets and it's so refreshing to be at a place that responds in a timely manner.

Quality care and true compassion is the standard. We have been loyal patrons for over 10 years and have no reason to seek out any other vet. Science Diet available.
