Dr. Spooner and her team are excellent to work with, we had visited a couple other vets in this area for routine visits but were overall not impressed with the lack of professionalism, timeliness, etc. We also were told years ago by a different vet that our 16 year old cat was ‘too old and unhealthy’ to have a simple cyst removed from his face, however not only did Dr. Spooner not have any issue removing this cyst and improving his quality of life, their prices were also very reasonable. If you value your time and money, you can’t go wrong with the care from Dr. Spooner and her team.

The clinic's commitment to quality care is consistently echoed in customer reviews. Patients frequently highlight the professionalism and compassion of the staff. For example, one satisfied client praised Dr. Spooner and her team for their excellent work, especially after negative experiences with other local vets. They specifically noted the team's ability to successfully remove a cyst from their 16-year-old cat, a procedure another vet deemed impossible due to the cat's age and health, all while maintaining reasonable prices. This review underscores the clinic's commitment to improving pets' quality of life regardless of age and providing value for money.
Another heartwarming review recounted how the clinic promptly accommodated an emergency visit for a sick cat, even though they were new clients. The client specifically commended "Dr. Tracy" (likely Dr. Tammy Rogers or another veterinarian, as customer recollections can vary slightly) and vet tech Mandi for their amazing service and care, noting that the cat recovered well. The pleasant surprise of receiving a "little gift bag" upon checkout further illustrates the clinic's thoughtful approach to client experience and customer satisfaction.
These testimonials collectively paint a picture of a veterinary clinic that prioritizes patient well-being, offers timely and professional service, and provides a compassionate and supportive environment for both pets and their human companions. Nov 27, 2024 · Danielle BlancaflorMy grandmother's cat got sick, and we had never been there before, but they got right us in to see someone immediately. Great service, I believe we had Dr Tracy? Not sure, can't quite remember, but she was amazing and so what the vet tech Mandi. We even got a little gift bag when we checked out. Overall great experience, and my grandmother's cat is doing well. Thanks Klingele!
Apr 30, 2022 · Ashley WilhoitThe entire staff is superb! They appear to care for my dogs as if they were their own. I HIGHLY recommend this vet clinic. Klingele has been with our fur family for nearly 40 years & are so patient and kind with Triscuit and Cocoa, (and with me 🤗)
Sep 21, 2022 · Michelle BristolWe have 4 rescue cats varying in age from 8 months to 7 years old and a now 3 year old rescue dog. With each animal came a myriad of problems from their past. No matter how minor or major the problem the staff was understanding that they were rescues and we were trying to get them healthy. They were great at getting fast reasonable solutions and they actually cared about each animal and its circumstances. We now have 5 healthy animals that are cared for by Klingle and loved by us. They are slightly higher in some ways than others but the care is extraordinary.
Dec 01, 2021 · Jennifer KingDog was bleeding very bad and called to see about getting him in. Was scheduled 3 days later. Once we got there, they looked him over and gave him medication. These techs provided great care. However, the tech that checked us out was VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. People see their pets as members of their family, and when you have to take a family member to the hospital, you don't expect to be treated unprofessionally and disrespectfully by the hospital staff.
