Everyone there is fantastic. From the ease of making the appointment, to check in, the exam, and checkout; they all make you feel special and welcoming to both human and canine too! Oberon is pretty choosy about who he associates with, but he Loves them! And my theory...if he loves them, so do I!

I highly recommend this clinic if you need to put your pet down due to illness or age. They did everything they could to make it the best situation possible for my family. There are different urn options, paw print molds, etc as well. We were able to leave right away afterwards and didn't need to go through the lobby. Everything is handled up front which is the way to do it so you can leave when you're ready to go afterwards. Thank you for taking care of our pup even when it came to his last moments.

I recently wrote a review about KVAC.They wouldnt work with me at all to get my dog Chief seen quickly because he was very ill. Then the vet broke her oath that she took when she became a veterinarian. Then out of no where they cancled my apt and told me Chief was no longer welcome there. Then the owner answers my revirw by saying I swore and harrassed the staff. My question is He wasnt there and I never spoke with him. He has no proof that I said those things. He is just going by what the vet told him. I would love to actually talk to him but every time I call KVAC and ask to talk to him they wont let me. There is a word for saying untrue things about somebody it is called slander and you can sue some one over that. I also talked to an attorney who specializes in animal rights law and they said if the vet broke her oath that she took and my pet suffered or got worse or dies as a result of that, they can be sued for that also. So I think before Dr Minton keeps saying I used improper language with no proof to back that up ( because now he is also slandering me ) He should be more concerned about his employee who not only didnt do what she took an oath to do but also is slandering me Now he is slandering me. They are all just protecting each other by lying about what was said and what happened. If Dr. Minton was really concered about this happening he would talk to me either face to face or call me. Be a man own up to your mistakes and make things right. Then I read the review about the person who took his pet there and it died during surgery and they didnt even care They didnt even have an explanation of what went wrong. How can people say this place is so good. If you are as caring and sorry this happened like you say you are then be a man and talk to me dont have the staff make excuses why I cant talk to you when your there. You said there was no openings untill Monday even after the vet said Chief needs to be seen ASAP. I told her I dont want him to have to keep going through this another whole week. She just kept saying I dont know what I can do we dont have any apts open Thats when I told the vet its very simple Im sure that at least one person who has an apt for something that ist urgent would gladly switch their apt so Chief could be seen sooner if you explained to them that he is pretty sick and your trying to get him in.And she just flatly without any hesitation said I will not do that. Thats comin from some who took an oath to do anything possible to keep a pet from suffering or possibly dieing. There were ways to get him in she just wouldnt do it. THATS MESSED UP! I know Dr. Minton wont call me and try to make this right, and if I would try to do something legally about it they will all stick up for each other and it will be my word against them Its just a shame that some people in their profession do and say whatever they want and nothing is done about it. Believe me I will everybody I know and tell them to tell everyone they know how I was treated there.Maybe if people wise up and quit going there and take away what they care about most which is money they will start treating people better, but I seriously doubt it.

I was so very deeply appreciative of the your support of your staff when Kona Marie who isn't two years old yet...could not get out of her crate yesterday after I just brought my husband back from his radiation treatment at the hospital....I called and they got her in ASAP realizing that I DID not have open dates or times to bring her into the vets due to my husband's treatments and doctor appointments. I will be forever grateful for their compassion and understanding of my situation. Thank goodness it wasn't anything serious with Kona Marie, and after two days of antibodies', she is almost back to herself again. Not all angels have wings...
