There were two women when we went to get my puppy vaccinated. One of the women was awesome (I think she had pink hair). The other one had her child running around the office. I was not comfortable with the child near needles and when I mentioned that I did not want the child present for his safety, she was incredibly rude about it. Never even saw the actual veterinarian. Will not be going back.

They charge you an "emergency fee" even when they are empty. The vet doesn't talk to you about anything they are just quick to prescribe medication. The exam was probably 2 minutes at most and he gave eme very generic answers. The receptionist is super nice and answered questions about my dog. I wouldn't come here again

The doctor and the people that work there are so good with my dog. Been going there since she was eight weeks old and alway have a great experience with them. So knowledgeable and professional. I treat my puppy as family and they treat her like family as well. Can’t ask for anything more. Keep up the good job.

Do you see the pictures attached? It should not be a problem if it was my dog but not. It is a completely different dog. My dog is 4 months and took the shot this morning at this place and being act weird since that. I called them to check what happened and someone said that it was a mistake in the invoice and they are eliminating the open balance. WHAT?? I called them to check what they injected in my dog this morning and not about the open balance. They have followed someone's dog vaccination schedule which is 1 year older than mine and they think we are concerned about the balance? I hope everything goes well with my dog.
