They are equipped to handle daytime hospitalization for pets needing ongoing care and observation. A particular area of expertise, as highlighted by client testimonials, is their handling of complex conditions like heartworm treatment, where they strive to make the often-long process as seamless and pain-free as possible for both the pet and the owner. May 01, 2025 · Jackie HarrisStarted coming to Kinship right after I adopted my pup from the shelter. She’s very nervous and anxious with anything outside her norm, but the whole veterinary team have been so incredibly helpful in making our visits as stress free as possible. We’ve unfortunately also been undergoing heartworm treatment, but kinship has made the long process as seamless and pain free as possible. Despite it all, my pup still tries to come visit even when the office is closed, so she’s clearly a fan. I’d recommend this office to anyone :)
Mar 15, 2025 · Kristina BaumgartI can't recommend Kinship enough. I have a very anxious and often very difficult to deal with dog. Everyone there is so patient, kind, and caring with her. I couldn't imagine being able to find better vets, techs, and front desk staff. I'm so lucky to have found them when I moved back to Richmond, they really are the best!
Jan 03, 2025 · Rachel SimonI cannot recommend this veterinary practice enough. Always so friendly, helpful, and always thoughtfully listening to any concerns and answering all of my questions with patience. They remember my dear Vladimir every visit, making it seem more personable, and now with a new cat I adopted, I will trust them with her fully. The facility is clean, I never have issues with parking, and the prices are not outrageous.
