We take both of our puppies to Kings Trail and they have treated our babies with such great care. All the staff is so kind to Bruno and Fabio and they love the attention. We have seen both Dr. Melissa and Dr. Erdman and we trust them with our pups. The ladies at the front are all very sweet as well. Very happy to live so close to this vet!

Staff very friendly. Professional veterinarian, Dr. Erdman calls and checks on my baby after any procedure. He doesn’t put my dog through anything unnecessary. When one of my dogs died the staff was so compassionate, they sent me a flower and card. I love this office.

If you know about Grandin Road you will appreciate how the inside of this vet office is decorated. Staff are very outgoing and professional. They make you and your pet feel special while you are there. You can tell the staff wipes down the exam room after each animal has been seen. All personnel that come in contact with the pet and their owner are eager to answer all your questions or find someone who can answer the question. Come visit this vet office.

I’ve been taking my pets to Kings Trail Animal Hospital since it opened by Dr Moore. I still take my pets there because there’s a tradition of quality care and genuine love for my fur babies by front staff and entire medical team! Thank you!

Went to call about an estimate for a cat spay for my friends cat and was told they can’t give me an estimate without coming in for a first time visit and having shots done. When explained that I’m watching this cat for a friend and I cannot afford to come in and pay for a first time visit and shots without even knowing the estimated cost of a spay (for which I will not be getting the spay done there if the cost is too high), the receptionist blatantly hung up on me. Very rude customer service. Her name is Satima, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for vet needs as this place seems to only care about making their buck before being able to give any estimates, as well as very rude customer service.
