Had a wonderful and very successful visit with the vets from Keysville services. They were very patient with my senior Siberian husky, Athena, who has a known history of being quite dramatic with anything vet related. I’ve had immense difficulty finding a vet, where she was able to properly acclimate and or feel comfortable at all. Most vets I have been to before finding Keysville, were not able to treat or get near her due to her anxiety based reactions. This resulted in Athena never being able to get the proper care she needed. This finally changed with my recent appointment, in trying the Keysville vet services for the first time. My dog did surprising well, the vets were informative, and also un-doubtedly extremely well trained professionals. Athena was weary initially, but they had incredible techniques to work with her anxiety. Due to this, my dog successfully allowed them to treat her. I’ve never seen my dog have such a positive experience with a vet encounter and am very pleased to have found a new clinic I am able to partner with for any of Athena’s future vet needs. They effectively treated her health concerns and she already seems to be doing better. Such a relief.. to have found this clinic! Thank you

Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC Introduce

Introducing Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC, a unique Pet Hospital operating out of 7107 Keysville Rd, Keymar, MD 21757, USA. Recognizing the challenges and stress associated with traditional veterinary visits, Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC offers a convenient solution by bringing comprehensive veterinary care directly to your home. This mobile platform functions as a full-service Pet Hospital, providing a range of medical services for your beloved animal companions in the familiar and comfortable environment of their own surroundings. You can reach them at (443) 340-5080 or +1 443-340-5080 to discuss your pet's needs and schedule a visit.

The core feature of Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC lies in its mobile nature. Instead of transporting your pet to a clinic, which can be particularly stressful for animals that are anxious, elderly, or have mobility issues, the veterinary team comes to you. This eliminates the stress of car rides, waiting rooms filled with unfamiliar animals, and the potential for heightened anxiety in a clinical setting. The environment for your pet becomes their own home, where they feel safe and secure, potentially leading to a more relaxed and cooperative experience during examinations and treatments.

Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC offers a range of essential veterinary services that you would typically find at a traditional Pet Hospital. These likely include preventative care, which forms the foundation of your pet's long-term health. This encompasses routine wellness check-ups to monitor your pet's overall health, administer necessary vaccinations to protect against infectious diseases, and provide guidance on parasite prevention, including flea, tick, and heartworm control. Nutritional counseling may also be offered to ensure your pet is receiving a balanced and appropriate diet.

When your pet is unwell, Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC provides diagnostic services to identify the underlying cause of their illness. While the extent of on-site diagnostics may be different from a brick-and-mortar clinic, they are likely equipped to perform physical examinations, collect samples for laboratory testing (which may be processed off-site), and potentially conduct some point-of-care tests. Their experienced veterinary professionals will assess your pet's condition and develop a suitable diagnostic plan.

For various health issues, Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC offers medical treatments tailored to your pet's specific needs. This can involve administering medications, providing supportive care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions. The convenience of receiving these treatments at home can be particularly beneficial for pets that find clinic visits distressing. Depending on their capabilities, they may also be able to perform minor procedures in the home setting.

One of the significant features highlighted in a customer review is the team's ability to work with anxious animals. The review details a "wonderful and very successful visit" with a senior Siberian husky named Athena, who has a history of being "quite dramatic with anything vet related." The owner had struggled to find a vet where Athena felt comfortable enough to receive proper care. However, with Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services, the vets were "very patient" and employed "incredible techniques" to work with Athena's anxiety. As a result, Athena successfully allowed them to treat her, leading to a positive experience for both the dog and the owner. This demonstrates a key strength of Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services: their ability to handle challenging cases with patience, expertise, and a focus on the animal's well-being.

The review further emphasizes that the vets were "informative" and "undoubtedly extremely well-trained professionals." This instills confidence in their medical knowledge and ability to provide quality care. The positive outcome, with Athena's health concerns being effectively treated and showing improvement, underscores the effectiveness of their mobile veterinary services.

However, another customer review presents a contrasting perspective regarding payment options. This review states, "Been seeing vet for some time now and I recently learned there are no payment options for your pets needs if you become disabled. Instead, they treat you like a stranger and you and your animal can easily be replaced by someone who can pay right away. What kind of care or lack of care for the animal and a customer that was devoted? You’re only as good as your wallet so I would consider finding a vet that will work with you because they care about the animals as much as the client. There are too many good people out there to settle." This review raises concerns about the lack of payment flexibility, particularly in situations of financial hardship, and suggests a transactional approach to client relationships.

Considering these two contrasting reviews, it is important for potential clients to be aware of both the positive experiences with animal handling and the reported limitations in payment options. While Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC appears to excel in providing convenient and compassionate care, especially for anxious pets, it is advisable to discuss their payment policies and options upfront to ensure they align with your financial circumstances.

As Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC operates as a mobile unit, they may not have the same overhead costs as a traditional brick-and-mortar clinic, which could potentially translate to competitive pricing. However, specific promotional information is not available in the provided data. To inquire about their service fees, any potential discounts for new clients, or package deals for routine care, it is recommended to contact them directly at the provided phone numbers: (443) 340-5080 or +1 443-340-5080.

In conclusion, Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC offers a unique and convenient approach to pet care by bringing veterinary services directly to your home in Keymar, Maryland, and surrounding areas. They appear to be particularly adept at handling anxious animals, as highlighted by a positive customer experience. However, a separate review indicates potential limitations in payment options, which is an important factor for pet owners to consider. For local users seeking a less stressful veterinary experience for their pets and the convenience of at-home care, Keysville Mobile Veterinary Services LLC is a noteworthy option. It is recommended to contact them directly to discuss your specific needs, inquire about their service area, and clarify their payment policies to make an informed decision about your pet's care.

Had an appointment set for over a month. Six days prior, received a text in the morning asking to confirm and giving instructions. Even discussed the best methods for stool samples. This afternoon was told that they are no longer taking new clients. I have 8 kittens waiting a month for care. Please be wary of this veterinarian. I have receipts to confirm this situation. I am heartbroken for my little furry babies. The only positive is the kindness of Melissa, who has been corresponding with me for over a month. She has been kind and prompt in her communication. I could tell that she felt horrible when having to cancel hours after confirmation of an appointment set over a month ago. Please don’t set any mobile appointments with an expectation of your furry babies being seen. edit: It appears that this company has great reviews in the past, but that I’m not the only recent poor review. Perhaps something has changed. In any case, our pets are our babies. Trust them only to those who would treat them as their own!

We have two dogs; one is a puppy, who doesn't know different, but the other is 2yo and is only good with people when introduced a certain way. I was hesitant to say the least since our last vet was not fond of him and every visit he had to go under sedation. Dr. Cornett was simply AMAZING!! I introduced our 2yo the way we know how and she was so understanding and accepting of the process and extremely patient! Within minutes, our dog knew she was a friend and was all about her! (All the love and treats definitely helped lol). Her and her vet tech took the time to get to know the dogs and give them the love and affection to show that everything is okay. I am so happy that I found Dr. Cornett and her team!! Needless to say, I have such a sigh of relief for all of our future vet visits! Thank you Dr. Cornett and team!!

This vet does not approve of (likely does not understand) biologically-appropriate raw diets for cats. When you look at a cat's teeth, it is absolutely obvious that cats are obligate carnivores. Their digestive system is particularly good at digesting raw meat, and their digestive tract is not as slow and susceptible to food-borne pathogens as a human's digestive system. If a veterinarian does not understand this, and if they have issues with raw diets, it is likely that they are not very good vets, and it is an obvious lack of education in this area. If a vet ever recommends kibble for your cats, then you have the wrong vet, and you should run away as fast as you can. A cat should never have a diet based on dry food! If you choose not to feed a raw diet to your cats, then that is fine. But as soon as a vet tells you that they do not approve of it, then that is a loud and clear sign that they are unqualified, and you should look elsewhere for veterinary care for your cats!
