My 2 girls have been coming to KHAH since they were puppies. Tillie is now 10 and Daisy Duke is 9. They are treated so well and 🥰 by everyone in the office. Dr. Blackburn is wonderful and loves her patience 🐶!!

I honestly don’t know how you could’ve made it better. We called about an emergency for our dog and the staff said bring him in right then. We walked in and the staff were so welcoming. The vet was amazing and so understanding and explained everything to us. They even followed up with a call the next morning to check on our Dog. The cost I thought would be extremely expensive due to an emergency visit with X-ray, medication ect. But was shocked that it wasn’t over priced like other veterinarians. We will definitely be using them from here on out for all our fur babies. Thank you for everything

I was surprisingly disappointed with our visit as I had read through the reviews prior to going. I will say we were called back immediately when we walked in which was nice. I took my pup here to get updated shots and she was a bit nervous as anyone would be. They muzzled her at one point which I felt was unecessary as she is not a biter and only made her feel more scared. Lastly, before we left the vet they gave us a bag which they referred to it as a “goodie bag” and said that there were two prescriptions in the bag for her to help her be more calm with her next visit. I figured this was free of no charge as she referred to it as a goodie bag and I never agreed to paying for this. My pup was ready to go so I paid quickly and I realized after that I was charged for both prescriptions which I was very disappointed as I am sure I could find calming tablets etc on Amazon for the same price but I felt scammed as they just put it in the bag and charged me without asking and making it clear that I would be charged. I will not be taking my pup here again.

We called at 9:00am for an emergency appt. They gave us one for 2:15pm. We waited for 30 mins in the waiting room before being taking to an exam room. Once in the exam room we waited another 15 mins before my boyfriend ask someone if we needed to reschedule since no one has seen us yet. They then came in to let us know two emergency WALK INS were being seen before us. So we left.

Everything went amazing at the appointment! When they took my dachshund back I could hear the girls loving on her so I just know that my pets are in good hands. Just wait till y'all meet my cats. I used to take my pets to my previous work/vet but I left there on bad terms. Didn't like how they ran things or treated people. Thank you all so much for treating me, my fur children, and my family who yall also see with kindness and respect!
