It has taken me almost a year to write this. I thoroughly blame this clinic for the death of one of the most beautiful souls to have ever existed. My dog was born at this clinic and her life was horrifically cut short at the same place. She went to every appointment and got every check up. The “vets” did not catch her fatal diagnosis until it was too late. She had an autoimmune disorder that caused her red blood cells to attack themselves to which she bled out. Under proper care she could have survived with medication. She passed away at 7 years old. She was a border collie. Their average life expectancy is 12-15 years. Monday morning, we were told that an ultrasound showed her organs were in the wrong place. Tuesday, we took her in for them to see what was going on and they were going to put her under. somehow the organs actually they were fine, later that day we were told that they could do a blood transfusion to save her life. When we reached the clinic we were brutally told in the waiting room filled with other patients that there was no hope but to travel to Appleton to an emergency vet (no guarantee she could survive) with a dog that could not move let alone lift her head. We sobbed and people stared. We were then asked if we wanted to take her home. How could we possibly take her home when they told us with certainty she would die and the only chance of survival was to go to Appleton to pay at least 10,000 dollars? We said we couldn’t afford to do that and were then escorted into the room I know all to well in my memories. They had to carry her in. She was not able to lift her head, but we knew she was calm with us around her because her breathing slowed down. Two days. It was over in two days. My happy healthy wonderful girl was gone.

May 15, 2025 · Jane RabuckDr Connors gave our diabetic senior that most loving and emphatic care for the 3 years we had him. She always answered emails and calls as fast as she could and tried everything she could to treat our boy on multiple occasions. She’s very knowledgeable and professional but still has a heart of gold. Our boy loved going to the vet to see her and everyone else working there!
Oct 12, 2024 · Wyatt BensonI have been overcharged almost every time I have come. I scheduled an exam that they insisted on, which My cat didn’t need, and they said it would be $45. After a very minimal exam, I was charged $72. Earlier, they charged me for two fecal exams when only one was needed. I feel like my time and money has been wasted multiple times. I will say the vets I have encountered are nice to my cat, and the clinic is very clean and private. But I feel like they see me as a mark, not a patient.
Nov 21, 2024 · Neko SenseiWe just started going here with our new puppy. Everybody is extremely friendly and the vet was very knowledgeable! So far the prices are pretty fair and we are happy with our choice.
Jan 15, 2025 · blkdeath 210I like this place, which is a rare thing for me to say about a vet clinic. Every other vet I've ever personally used (3 of them) either tried shamelessly to empty my wallet, was an idiot, or did not genuinely care about my pets' wellbeing. I have only positive feelings toward this clinic.
