Super nice staff and all are so caring of the animals that are brought in to be cared for. Our cat is 16 years old and they were so careful and loving to him and made him feel comfortable. The Doctor who examined him was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We love Kettering Animal Hospital and when I say “We,” that includes Vivienne, Madeleine, Ralphie and Phoebe. They always find time to care for my loud nervous Big Baby Bassets with a Smile. You will see us there some day. Make way and say Hello!!! The staff has been wonderfully supportive and kind, through our many losses.

I brought my pug because he was under the weather. My little pug got his ear meds and doing amazingly. I have been coming here for 4 years with 4 pets and each pet has been taken care exceptionally. The staff from front desk, groomers and to the primary veterinarians all stand out professionally and caring to each pets need and care program. I trust them very much and I appreciate each person there. I highly recommend this veterinarian office for the care of pets.

Out cat had its annual checkup. KAH allowed me to keep the cat in our vehicle until the technician could begin the exam. This kept the cat much calmer. The Vet also had a calming way to deal with the cat, and did a very thorough examination. The vet also offered comprehensive advice on how to keep the cat's teeth cleaner and how to better manage weight gain. Our cat came home with no noticeable stress. KAH did a great job.

I have been taking my dogs to Kettering Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I don't trust anyone else with my pack! I love the girls at the front desk, they are always smiling and so friendly. I give them 6 out of 5 stars

We are extremely disappointed in the experiences that we’ve had in the last four months with Kettering Animal Hospital. It is clear that no one cares about our dog or is willing to take the time to help us. We have been going to this vet for over 10 years and have never experienced the poor service and lack of care that we’ve had in the last four months. Our dog started experiencing acid reflux issues back in August and when we tried to bring him in to get checked out we were told that the vet was so behind that it would be two months before he could get in. We were then forced to go to a new vet that we did not know. After going to the new vet we found out our dog had to have continued treatment and I asked that all files be sent to Kettering Animal Hospital so that they could be reviewed and that someone could provide input being that they were our primary vet and there are a lot of unknowns and costs involved. We were hoping to get feedback from a vet we trusted about the recommendations. No one has called us or cared to provide input even after weeks and me repeatedly calling for feedback. I even had to deal with attitude from the front desk for following up being told they will call me once the files were reviewed. No one cares how our dog is doing and the lack of follow up is completely unacceptable. We were informed that they are having significant staffing issues, but that does not mean that they can completely disregard their clients and leave them completely without any support, especially after being dedicated clients for so long. If you don’t have the staff to service your clients, you need to inform them so they can take proactive steps to get a new vet vs waiting until they are in an urgent situation with their beloved pet and are counting on you to provide advice and care. We no longer trust you.
