Kendall Pointe Animal Hospital (Emergency 24/7)

I just picked Indy up after a three day stay for pancreatitis and he is doing amazing. This facility is clean and modern, the staff is extremely kind and professional, we got regular, proactive daily updates and got to come to the back room every night to visit him. We even got some of our money back when he left - unheard of! I am so grateful for their competence and so glad to have my dog back home and healthy.

Many thanks to the wonderful team at this facility for making my Sophie’s spaying seamless. This was my first time utilizing this medical pet facility, and everyone was absolutely professional and extremely caring making the entire process much easier than I imagined. I was even given recommendations for a surgical onesie, that I actually did not know existed, and it has worked out beautifully! Many thanks to the fabulous Libby who takes care of you with a loving heart and to Dr Vasallo, an amazing veterinarian! Grateful to the doctor that performed her procedure. I was kept abreast of everything that was happening, and I cannot say enough about this facility! It’s beautiful, spotless, and I would recommend it highly to anyone who needs to take their pet for an emergency or just for routine visits. We will certainly be back!

All about the money. They will recommend every procedure under the sun. Necessary or not. At their Miller office you can take an X-ray and the vet will look at it himself. At this place you’ll pay for 2 types of X-rays then pay a fee for a “radiologist” to look at it. Never seen that at a vets office. I went from over $1,000 in tests and a suggested $3600 hospital stay to $500 in tests and $180 in meds. My dog is fine. Never coming back.

It was a great place to take my dog when he needed oxygen. Unfortunately I could not afford their pricing and had to make a difficult decision based on that and no way of knowing if my dog would pull through. I would say they have all the star of the art equipment to save your loved animals and the price tag to match, but the service was quality from the 4 or so hours I was there with my pet in a crisis.

I can’t express how thankful I am to Dr. Gallardo. All staff members at this practice went above and beyond to care for my dog. On March of this year, they saved my dogs love after we adopted her from MD Animal service at Doral, and she developed the canine cough virus. My dog was hospitalized for 5 days there and they saved her life! A month ago she hurt her left eye and Dr. Gallardo performed surgery on her twice, one to correct her damaged eyelid and the second one to correct her ectropion. He saved my baby’s eye! I love this clinic and the people that work there. The girls at the front desk reached out often to find out how was she recovering from surgery at home, they were always available when I called needing assistance or to make appointments. They have always explained the treatments they have to perform, the medicines I have to give at home, and how the recovery process will be with details. LUNA IS ALIVE AND WELL THANKS TO THE CARE OF THE DOCTORS AT THIS CLINIC!
