As a comprehensive "Pet Hospital," they are equipped to handle various aspects of animal health. This typically includes routine wellness examinations, which are foundational for preventive care, allowing veterinarians to detect potential health issues early on. Vaccinations, a cornerstone of preventive medicine, are undoubtedly provided to protect pets against common and dangerous diseases. Parasite control, encompassing flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, is also a standard offering, crucial for both pet health and public health. Diagnostic services are a vital component of any robust pet hospital. This would encompass in-house laboratory testing for blood work, urinalysis, and fecal analysis, enabling quick and accurate diagnoses. Imaging services, such as X-rays, are also commonly available for diagnosing orthopedic issues, organ problems, and other internal conditions. More advanced diagnostics like ultrasound may also be offered or referred out, depending on the hospital's specific capabilities.
Beyond preventive and diagnostic care, Kelley Animal Hospital likely offers a range of medical treatments for various illnesses and injuries. This includes managing chronic conditions, addressing acute ailments, and providing pain management. Surgical services are also a key component of a pet hospital. This typically includes routine procedures such as spaying and neutering, as well as more complex soft tissue surgeries and potentially some orthopedic procedures. Dental care, often overlooked by pet owners, is another crucial service provided by modern veterinary practices. This would involve professional dental cleanings, extractions, and addressing other oral health issues that can significantly impact a pet's overall well-being. Emergency and critical care services are also often available, though their extent can vary. While not explicitly stated as a 24/7 emergency center, a comprehensive pet hospital would be equipped to handle urgent cases during business hours, stabilizing pets and providing immediate necessary treatment.

Furthermore, the staff, particularly Amy, receives special commendation for their gentle and calming demeanor, especially with challenging or "feisty" pets like Bella. This ability to handle anxious animals with skill and patience significantly improves the veterinary experience for both the pet and the owner, making visits less stressful and more effective. The emphasis on "wonderful respectful services" indicates a culture of empathy and professionalism that permeates the entire practice, ensuring that both pets and their human companions feel valued and understood.

They might offer new client specials, such as a discount on the first examination, to encourage owners to try their services. Loyalty programs or wellness plans, which bundle essential services like vaccinations and routine check-ups at a reduced cost, are also common promotional tools that benefit both pet owners and the hospital by promoting consistent preventive care. Community involvement, such as participating in local pet adoption events, offering educational seminars on pet care, or sponsoring local animal shelters, can also serve as effective promotional strategies, demonstrating the hospital's commitment to animal welfare beyond its direct services. Word-of-mouth referrals, as evident from the glowing customer reviews, are also a powerful form of promotion for a practice that consistently delivers high-quality, compassionate care. The existing positive testimonials already serve as a strong promotional asset, highlighting the real-world experiences of satisfied clients and underscoring the hospital's dedication to excellent veterinary service.

Sep 07, 2024 · Candace MarieI can not speak highly enough of Dr. Carolyn Kelley. I have been going there for a year with my little one, whom is very feisty. Dr. Kelley is very thorough and takes the time to explain every detail. When waiting on results at home, she calls personally and takes the time to make sure you understand her findings. I am so glad we chosen Kelly Hospital when we moved here. Not disappointed at all. Her staff are friendly but one in particular is exceptionally good with my Bella. She has taken to Amy whom is so calm and can get Bella to cooperate. I always need Amy to be working when I take my Bella in. Don't hesitate to reach out to Kelley Hospital when looking for wonderful respectful services.
Oct 02, 2023 · Natalie HigbeeLove Kelley! The staff is kind and attentive. They put any nervous pet at ease...Especially a 10-year-old Tiel that doesn't allow any of us to handle her. Thank God for them!
Jul 01, 2024 · ShaunaI had my first visit today with my guinea pig Luke. Dr. Carolyn Kelley was wonderful, knowledgeable, and very thorough with her exam. I highly recommend her for your guinea pigs!
Oct 01, 2024 · Susan Canterbury-DavisI have 2 German Shepherds. I needed to find a Vet in Conway so I wouldn't have to travel to the beach since my husband was ill. Both Kelley Vets were highly recommended by a few people I know. I made appointments with each Vet to be able to meet them and get to know them. I worked for a great Vet in PA and know I made a great choice to change to Kelley Animal Hospital. They are both great Vets and truly caring people. I highly recommend their services. Thank you Dr Kevin and Dr Carolyn for the great care and dedication you gave to my loving doggies and to me as well. Cyndie.
