Want to start off by saying my first visit with Dr.Davis was WONDERFUL-recommend her. 2nd visit with Dr. Gallagher-EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. Very unwelcoming as well. I asked her what the price for sedating was(since she wasn’t going to look at my cat otherwise) and she told me she didn't know, and when I told her that my cat hadn’t been sedated before she came back into the room going through the paperwork I had brought in wanting to prove a point to me that my cat AS A MATTER A FACT HAD BEEN sedated before. I ended up having to ask her personally if she could go and check for me (in regards to the price).

  • Routine Wellness Exams: Regular check-ups are vital for preventative care, early detection of potential health issues, and maintaining your pet's overall well-being. These exams often include vaccinations, parasite control, nutritional counseling, and discussions about your pet's lifestyle.
  • Diagnostic Services: To accurately diagnose illnesses and injuries, a pet hospital usually offers various diagnostic tools, such as laboratory testing (blood work, urine analysis, fecal exams), digital radiography (X-rays), and potentially ultrasound. These tools help our veterinary team gain a deeper understanding of your pet's condition.
  • Surgical Procedures: Many pet hospitals perform a range of surgical procedures, from routine spays and neuters to more complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. The mention of dental work suggests that surgical capabilities, at least for dental procedures, are available.
  • Dental Care: As highlighted in the customer review, dental health is a critical aspect of your pet's overall health. Services likely include professional teeth cleaning, dental examinations, and treatment of dental diseases.
  • Emergency and Urgent Care: While not explicitly mentioned, many pet hospitals offer services for unexpected illnesses and injuries that require prompt attention. It's advisable to inquire about their emergency protocols and hours.
  • Medication and Pharmacy Services: Pet hospitals typically have an in-house pharmacy or the ability to prescribe necessary medications for your pet's health conditions.
  • Microchipping: This simple procedure provides a permanent form of identification for your pet, increasing the chances of a safe return if they ever get lost.
  • Nutritional Counseling: Our team can provide guidance on selecting the appropriate diet for your pet's age, breed, activity level, and any specific health needs.
  • Parasite Prevention and Control: Protecting your pet from fleas, ticks, heartworms, and other parasites is essential for their health and comfort. We can recommend effective preventative measures.
