The staff was amazing during the difficult time of having to humanely euthanize my first pet, my baby. They were caring, compassionate, and provided me plenty of privacy and time to say goodbye. They really showed that they cared and remained patient and professional during my painful experience. They even handled her cremation and made arrangements. Finally, they sent a beautiful sympathy card signed by numerous staff. I would recommend them for any vet care needs.

I've had nothing but great experiences here with my animals. I've mostly seen Dr. Konegger and Dr. Wong and both are absolutely excellent! They are knowledgeable, caring, and kind. They take their time to look at your pet and answer questions without rushing out. They do everything they can to ensure your pet is happy and healthy. I would also highly recommend their physical therapy at the cabin. Lauryn is the best! She helped my dog to walk again after a spinal cord injury. My animals are my babies, and I want only the best for them. That's why I take them here.

This is our first experience with KVet. We brought home an unvetted kitten who was supposed to be headed to a shelter. However, the lil guy was so precious we had to keep him. We made an appointment for a health check and shots for a week later. However, we found out 2 days later that he had an ugly infestation of worms to add to the flea infestation that we had just treated. I called KVet immediately the next morning, and they got us in first thing. The staff were all inviting and caring. Dr. Kinnamon was great with him. He got us blood work that we had requested and gave him his kitten shots & the worm medication. The adventure in that admit we won't go into, However a second dose was needed ingredients to be given. KVet had it ready for me to pick up immediately as well as a pill shooter. The second adventure was worse than the first. They were just really great with everything we needed. I intend to transfer my other cat to their practice. The lil guy who has come to be known as "Kyle" is a healthy, sweet, happy 4 month old ball of spoiled fluffy joy! Thank you, KVet, for everything!!

The facility is clean, I like the checking in from your car, & the staff is very nice. However, very expensive. I brought my cat in & canceled my dog's appointment after I seen their charges twice for my cat. Also, do not give them your email. They give it to True Companion who then spam you & then you are getting spammed on other emails. That was uncalled for. I didn't give permission to have my email given out. The spam started out, "your veterinarian recommended....." Won't be going back there.

I've been a client since 2016 and my 4 dogs and 5 cats, some of which have crossed the rainbow bridge, have all received their veterinary care here. We travel over an hour to ensure our pets receive the best care possible. There are times that we've had to wait 15+ minutes past our appointment time before we are called in, but not all dogs and cats behave their best when at the vet so some appointments run longer than expected. I'm also reminded that sometimes owners bring their pet in for a wellness check and end up receiving devastating news; we experienced this first-hand with a cancer diagnosis for our dog who was not exhibiting obvious symptoms besides a small bump on his head. The staff are pleasant and welcoming, and the overall facility is well-maintained. I receive text notifications and emails for each appointment coming up, as well as reminders to schedule appointments. They also have an APP which is very helpful to keep track of appointments and vaccination records.
