Jumper Creek Veterinary Clinic

Honestly, I might not be their favorite client since I worry a lot and struggle to get everything they explain. But they really take their time to help me out. My family has been going to Jumper Creek for years, and I recently took my kitten, Biscuit, in for some stomach issues. I was super worried because my last kitten passed away from FIP. Dr. Humphrey and Dr. Honey were great, explaining everything and checking in on us after we got home. They really went above and beyond to help with my sweet baby. Also, I have to mention the tech, Lynsee. She was so sweet and felt like an old friend. She listened to my worries and reassured me that it’s okay to be concerned. During our appointment, she even played with Biscuit on the floor, handling his chaos like a champ. This clinic is truly amazing for your pets!

They were very accommodating with us as new clients. They also handled and kept our 12 and 8 year old dogs calmer than any vet we've ever had them to. Jumper Creek will be our vet from now on.

Handle my dog with care. Clean facility, caring staff and over all a great experience for me and my pet. My dog can be challenging and the staff handle him with no problem, which is a feat all it's own.

Dr. Sarah Morelli is lacking compassion for animals to the point of unapologetically suggesting euthanasia for a 5lb chihuahua because she deemed the dog to be vicious and dangerous. Mind you she isn’t a behavioralist and has no right to speak on behalf of anything outside of her field, which is “animal medicine”. When I questioned her remarks and asked why she would say something so heartless she became extremely defensive and hostile. While working for animal services I spent time with all types of dogs and Cookie the shelter chihuahua was nervous and fearful suffering from a broken leg, but not vicious or a dangerous dog. Dr. Morelli impatiently handled cookie leading to the smallest nick on her hand. She immediately requested a bite report which ultimately stays on Cookies permanent record and makes him less adoptable as a shelter animal and a candidate for euthanasia. She went out of her way to make sure Cookie would pay for his behavior in her office. This review is intended to provide insight into the potential damage a veterinarian can do to an animal from one visit to this practice. If you love your animal I discourage you from seeing Dr. Morelli or any vet that presumptively makes life or death decisions based on 10 minute encounters. Thankfully, Cookie got adopted and is living his best life with his forever home.
