We chose our puppy Mercedes when she was three weeks old and while we were waiting for her to become old enough to leave her mama I began doing research to find a local veterinary clinic to establish her care with. After weeks of research and careful consideration I chose to go with Juanita Bay and from the moment we stepped in for our very first appointment I knew that I had made the right choice! Everybody, and I mean everybody who works here is so friendly, polite, and professional. It’s apparent that they love animals and very much enjoy what they do! Dr. Davis is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and my puppy feels comfortable with her which is super important. During her first checkup, I asked if we could schedule a spay. Mercedes is a French bulldog, so Dr. Davis asked if we wanted to open up the soft tissue of her nostrils while she was already under anesthesia to help her breathe easier which I opted to do. Her surgery went very well, the Dr. Davis did an excellent job on her nose and we had a smooth recovery. There were a couple of times that I had questions following the procedure and each time I called they were glad to help. Mercedes took her post-op meds very well for the first three days then all of a sudden refused. I tried everything without luck so I called to ask for any tips. They were so nice that they told me I could bring her in because they would help give them to her and show me a couple methods, which I did and wasn’t charged anything for it. I feel bad that I don’t know everybody’s name to give them recognition because they all deserve it, but Dr. Davis is excellent and Dylan at the front is so sweet and friendly! The techs are all so nice and helpful as well as the other ladies at the front. If you happen to be reading this review because you’re considering a good place to bring your pet, I highly recommend Juanita Bay Vet Hospital! They will take wonderful care of you and your fur baby!

Ive been going here for several years and the customer service is amazing. Dylan, front desk, is incredibly friendly and makes the process seamless. Have also had a great experience with Haley, vet tech, Dr. Davis, and many others that I can't recall of the top of my head. I will say their prices can be on the higher side in comparison to Banfield or other clinics, but I am willing to pay a premium to make sure my dog is able to be seen quickly and receive great care.

Juanita Bay Veterinary Hospital is, without a doubt, the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been taking my small Pomeranian for yearly check-ups over the past three years, and no other clinic has provided the level of care and information I received during my first visit here. During that initial visit, we met with one of the doctors who was exceptionally knowledgeable. She took the time to explain a wide range of details about my Pomeranian’s health that no other vet had ever mentioned. For example, she pointed out that one of his teeth was growing into his gum — a condition we’re now able to monitor closely. She also informed me about his little dislocating kneecaps, which I had no idea Pomeranians were prone to. That day, I gained so much valuable knowledge, which is incredibly important to me. The entire staff is fantastic, always making my little boy and me feel right at home. I have complete confidence that my pup is receiving the best possible care, and I never have to second-guess anything.
