Joyful Animal Hospital

I have been looking for a vet that is close to our home with convenient hours and reasonable prices. After reading some great reviews , we scheduled our 2 year old lab mix, Loki, for an appointment. Joyful Animal Hospital did not disappoint. The establishment is very clean and organized. I loved how you call from the car prior to entering the office. This eliminates potential dangers between animals that may not be so friendly. The ladies at the front desk were very courteous. Dr. Kumar was very personable and highly knowledgeable. You could tell that he had a love for animals and was able to identify our pups needs right away. He took his time and answered all my questions. The vet tech informed us of the price of everything we added on, so there was never a surprise. The final cost was extremely reasonable! I was elated with the care Loki received. I will be introducing Dr. Kumar to all our family pets! I'm very happy we found such a wonderful vet that we can trust.

It’s crucial to have a phone gatekeeper with empathy, the right tone of voice and inflection, and concern for potential patients. I felt like I was calling a police station. Monotone, unconcerned, very bland energy. First impressions are key. I didnt have my dog treated here but won’t be calling again. Depressing call.

I have been coming to this Dr. for over 3years. I have 3 dogs and they are all well cared for. My coonhound needs to come bi-weekly and we have always been treated with kindness and respect. Dr Kumar was also very helpful walking me through my Swissy's pregnancy and of course with her pups. I always recommend them to everyone.

We really like the veterinarian. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and possible side effects and things to look out for. The pups like him too. They are by far the most reasonable vet I have ever been to. A big plus is there is never a wait as they stick to their scheduled appointment times.
