Took my cat to get neutered. They took care of him and the ladies there were kind. Good looking place and clean. Also had cats walking around to ease you into it if you're at all nervous about taking your furbaby there. Totally recommend.

Welcome to Jordan Veterinary Clinic

Welcome to the local introduction of Jordan Veterinary Clinic, operating under the category of a Pet Hospital. Located at 1650 N Main St, Vidor, TX 77662, USA, Jordan Veterinary Clinic provides veterinary services for your animal companions. You can reach them at phone number (409) 769-6744 or mobile phone +1 409-769-6744.

Based on the customer reviews, the environment of Jordan Veterinary Clinic appears to be pleasant and clean. One customer described it as a "good looking place and clean." Additionally, to potentially ease the anxiety of pet owners, the clinic has cats walking around in the lobby, which one reviewer found comforting. This suggests a somewhat unique and possibly more relaxed waiting area compared to some other veterinary clinics.

The services offered at Jordan Veterinary Clinic, based on the limited information, include at least:

  • Neutering: One customer specifically brought their cat in for a neutering procedure and reported a positive experience with the care provided.
  • General Veterinary Appointments: Another customer brought in a dog for an illness, indicating that the clinic offers services beyond routine procedures.

It is reasonable to infer that Jordan Veterinary Clinic likely provides other common veterinary services such as general check-ups, vaccinations, treatment for illnesses, and potentially other surgical or diagnostic procedures typical of a pet hospital. However, the provided reviews only explicitly mention neutering and a general illness examination.

Several features can be identified from the customer feedback:

  • Kind Staff: The "ladies there were kind," according to one reviewer, suggesting a friendly and compassionate approach from the staff.
  • Clean and Appealing Facility: The clinic is described as "good looking place and clean," indicating attention to the physical environment.
  • Presence of Clinic Cats: Having cats walking around the lobby is a distinctive feature that aims to create a more relaxed atmosphere for nervous pet owners.

However, one review also pointed out a potential drawback: longer than expected wait times for appointments. One customer with a 2:30 PM appointment was not seen in a room with their pet until 2:55 PM, despite being the only customer in the lobby. This suggests that while the environment and staff interactions can be positive, punctuality might be an area for improvement.

In terms of promotional information, there are no specific promotions mentioned in the reviews. The positive feedback regarding the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the clinic, and the unique presence of cats in the lobby could be seen as indirect promotion, highlighting positive aspects of the clinic experience. However, the negative comment about the wait time could potentially offset some of this positive perception.

For local users in Singapore seeking a "Pet Hospital," the aspects of a clean and welcoming environment, along with a kind staff, as mentioned in one review for Jordan Veterinary Clinic, are generally desirable. The unique feature of having clinic cats might appeal to some pet owners, creating a less sterile and perhaps more comforting atmosphere. However, the feedback regarding appointment wait times is also something to consider when evaluating veterinary services.

When looking for a pet hospital in Singapore, you might prioritize factors such as the clinic's cleanliness, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the expertise of the veterinarians, the range of services offered, and the overall efficiency of the clinic, including appointment management. Reading multiple reviews and possibly visiting the clinic beforehand can help you form a comprehensive opinion.

In summary, Jordan Veterinary Clinic in Vidor, TX, is a Pet Hospital platform that appears to offer a clean and welcoming environment with a kind staff. Their services include at least neutering and general illness examinations. A unique feature is the presence of cats in the lobby. However, one customer reported a longer than expected wait time for their appointment. When considering this clinic, potential clients might weigh the positive aspects of the environment and staff against the reported issue with appointment punctuality.

For users in Singapore seeking a "Pet Hospital," it is advisable to look for clinics that consistently receive positive feedback across various aspects, including the environment, the staff's demeanor, the quality of medical care, and the efficiency of their operations. Jordan Veterinary Clinic provides a mixed perspective, highlighting the importance of considering various factors when choosing a veterinary service provider.

Not my regular Vet. Took my brother's dog in due to an illness. Had an appointment for 2:30 pm arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, I was the only customer in the lobby, was 2:55 pm before I was brought into a room with the pet. Wasn't too impressed with the service. I'll continue to take my animals to Neighborhood Vet in Nederland, Texas to see Brady Hanson and his staff. Below ( in shared pictures is "Sister Lea").

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Took my cat down there because she was urinating blood. Was told it wasn't that much blood, (picture attached) then took a GUESS on what it was, gave me a bottle of antibiotics. Then told me I needed to get her an ultrasound a few cities away. My cat needed more than just an ultrasound, she needed IMMEDIATE emergency medical attention, instead sends me off with a bottle of antibiotics. This place needs to be better equipped to take care of your pets instead of guessing what the issues are and sending you off. I ultimately had to seek better care for my cat in which case she ended up bleeding out, because by what the vet at Jordans told me, "It's not that much blood" NO, it was a lot of blood. If she would have given better guidance and instead of sending me off, should of been more like, "This is a medical emergency, she needs to go to an animal hospital immediately" instead I was mislead by her telling me that it wasn't that much blood. If I would have known about the emergency center I brought her to sooner, there is a high chance that she could have been saved but now she is gone. I will not EVER take another pet to Jordan's vet. Dr. Jordan, when he was in practice was amazing, but the vet they have now needs better training, better equipment, (namely ultrasound equipment) and more options for people to try to help their pets that need urgent critical care instead of GUESSING what the issue is.

I brought my mom’s elderly 4 pound chihuahua for a nail trim and shots and he came back out from the back where they take the dogs and he had a broken rib. Coincidence? I think not. Animal abusers work here.

We moved to Vidor a little over 4 years ago and when we acquired power rescue dog it required us to use the vet in Beaumont but after a couple years and the death of a cat at that other Beaumont set Center we decided to switch to the Vidor Veterinary Clinic and I've been pleasantly surprised.
