Jones Bridge Animal Hospital

I absolutely love Jones Bridge Animal Hospital! The staff is consistent, professional, and compassionate! If I had anything constructive to say it would be that it seems as though their prices can be a bit high sometimes. Perhaps consider lowering some of the routine stuff that really doesn’t require long visits. The annual seems high when it’s very routine. Though we continue to go because of how great they are! All in all we love them and will continue to go. We LOVE Dr. Baker but we have seen many of the vets and they are all fantastic!

Always have a great time at Jones Bridge! Unlike some animal hospitals I have been to it smells wonderful. We appreciate Dr. Baker's professionalism with our fur babies.

I love this place. My fur baby, Maya, was sick and they got her in immediately. Everyone was so kind to me and to Maya. Dr. Gordon and Hannah were wonderful. Dr. Gordon answered my many questions and we came up with a treatment plan and she eased my concerns! I highly recommend Jones Bridge to everyone who is looking for high quality care and attention.

I love Dr. Lopez! She has taken care of my boys for a long time. She's awesome and Jones Bridge is lucky to have her. I lost my shih-poo in January 2023 and Dr. Baker took amazing care of Hershey before he passed. I totally trust Jones Bridge Animal Hospital!!!

I had an amazing experience at this veterinary hospital! The staff is professional, caring, and truly dedicated to the well-being of animals. They treated my dog with kindness and provided top-notch medical care. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!

I have taken both of my dogs to Jones Bridge—one after he passed and the other with many health complications. I believe that your first interaction with the staff speaks volumes about a hospital, and from the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and empathetic during a very difficult time for my family and me. Hospital Manager Maria was professional, compassionate, and displayed excellent organization, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. The veterinary technicians were also outstanding—despite managing numerous tasks, they remained incredibly organized, attentive, and on top of everything, making sure our pets received the best care possible. Dr. Carrasquillo and Dr. Lopez provided exceptional bedside care, offering both knowledge and support as we navigated end-of-life decisions. There are places in life that leave a lasting impact, and although I no longer have my two pups, the kindness and love shown to us at Jones Bridge Hospital will always hold a special place in my heart.
