We just moved here from Pennsylvania. I wanted a third opinion for my cats stomatitis disease. Dr. Gonzalez was extremely knowledgeable about what he can do for us. Rachel his assistant was wonderful! Thank you!!!

Need better receptionists ASAP. You would think these people care for animals, right they work at the vet? I come in for my puppy's neutering appointment and not one of them said hello just blank stares pointing me to an empty room. The receptionist then follows me in, again not acknowledging my puppy, but made sure to shush him. Here I am, nervous to begin with and I'm not greeted and my puppy is shushed. Where is the warm welcoming and trying to make patients comfortable that their animal is having surgery??? Next, I expressed my concerns about the specific medicine for pain they were going to administer to my puppy because there is an active lawsuit against the one they give out. The girl Lindsey says "Don't all medicines have lawsuits?" But wait it gets better, then the receptionist calls me back at work to relay that since I don't want the specific medicine, they just wont give me anything for his pain. What a joke. No suggesting of alternatives, just a nasty, sarcastic response. Later on, Dr H did give me a call to discuss alternatives, but initially this wasn’t the case. How unprofessional and disgusting. Please go somewhere else. In response back to your previous comment…like I specifically stated on the phone with you after you called me, my issues were not with the DOCTOR. It’s with the receptionist that is giving advice and being completely insensitive about the situation. You clearly care more about a negative review rather than making a family feel safe with taking their animal to you which is hilarious. You called us liars and denied anything we said about your staff, took no accountability, and called us ridiculous. Extremely professional. And for you to say to us that we’re not a fit for you is also hilarious. It’s not your choice for us to leave your office, it’s ours. We made that decision before the surgery was even over. “Aren’t there lawsuits for everything” is the comment that was made to us when we expressed concerns about a certain medication. Yes, let me bring my dog back to you guys after a situation like that. If YOU would like to talk furthermore about this situation you can give me a call.

Been going here for 20 years or so. They have always treated the animals with great care, make recommendations on their health. The only negative is sometimes it's a long wait to be seen

I have been following and understand the covid-19 policy and I am extremely disappointed we are not able to go into the building with our pets, as it is stressful enough they are out of there environment and now with strangers, getting shots, blood work ect. I am also not able to ask any questions, if any should come up or if something should be wrong. Because of this policy I have been putting off appointments for awhile hoping things would change, but since nothing has change and no one can tell when we are allowed in the building again I made a appointment for my dog. We waited over an hour in the car after our appointment time, which did not go well since she doesn't ride well... For the 1st time, in I can't tell in how many years, I came back home and she has a reaction of some kind. Her face was blown up like a balloon and her eyes could bearly open. I am not happy that of course, this happens to also be the 1st time we were not able to go in with her. This was a check up... I was told everything went well she had a healthy check up. But, clearly something went wrong and she didn't come home fine!!
