DrPhilips is truly an animal lover. He is open and honest about the problems of ur pet. He doesn't keep u coming back time after time draining ur money while ur animal dies from lack of love and good medical care from him. I had a cat that I had taken to Commerce Vet over and over again but she kept getting worse. I took her to Dr Philips where he drew blood to analyze her condition. He came back out and gave me the sad news that she had feline aids and would never get better only worse. He showed me the lab report. I read it. I am a nurse so I understood the labs. He was open and honest about her condition. He could have kept me coming back like Commerce Vet did but he loves animals and knew what was in store for her. After reading the labs and consulting with him I made the agonizing decision to have him put her over the Rainbow Bridge. Dr Philips will not do u wrong in caring for ur animal.
