It was very smooth from drop off to pick up. The staff was very nice. My only issue, and not really a huge negative. Were you can't use Care Credit online with them. You have to wait for a staff member to log in, and it was a wait. Other than that, I feel it went well. Scooby looks a little out of it, though. Lol.

My son came up heartworm positive. I was led to order a prescription through their online pharmacy for my boy. That was 20 days ago and I still have not received the necessary heartworm prescription. Called the online company and found out just the other day that they never shipped the item yet because of the way that that the vet wrote the script, and needed more info. The pharmacy tried to reach the clinic directly and had no luck..... Extreme disappointment doesn't even cut it. Dr. Barksdale and her team are a joke. Very impersonable experience....the people at the desk didn't like to make eye contact or address me at all. Maybe they are uncomfortable by white people, but I reckon I'll never know. ALSO, FYI if you call this clinic, you'll receive a recording stating they are "best reached by text message" which is insane.... Why have a phone line???? As a parent of 10 dogs, I found out very early on to never return here. Shame for them.....they had the opportunity to make a lot of money from us by just being nice. Kindness goes a long way.

I got my 80 pound dog neutered there and they did amazing. My dog is only one so he is very hyper and he opened his incision a little running around and they got him right in to do a check up. He healed up so quick after with the antibiotics they sent home and all the employees were so kind and prices are great! I am so happy to have found a vet that loves and cares for all animals and customers.

Jazzy Paw is very efficient and also well priced. They took good care of our girl when she needed to be spayed. The surgery went well, but we had problems afterward of keeping our cat from bothering her incision. They were responsive to our needs and did all they could to help. Everyone seemed to caring. I would recommend them!

My dog was seen here over a 3 year period. She was spayed and the experience was good. Brought her back for shots and to get her nails trimmed. She was nervous and they said she needed to be medicated and brought back the next day. They did a minor trim because she wasn’t as subdued as they’d hoped. Brought her another time on a Thursday for an urgent appointment after she ran off and seemed to have been sick/injured. They said she would have to be rescheduled until Monday due to her “nipping” at my son & would need to take medication to calm her. Via phone, I informed them not to worry about rescheduling for Monday due to the urgent need of the appt. I was informed that I would not receive a refund of the appt fee despite her showing up & THEM refusing to treat her. It was very unprofessional to schedule an appt without reviewing the patient’s chart, refuse to treat them, and then refuse to refund money for a service not provided when the patient was present. We won’t be returning.
