Came here with my aunt for her pets appointment a while ago and was left a little disturbed. The office manager is not a happy lady, she seems very tense and is not hospitable, seemed like she was trying to rush us out of our appointment. Taking your animals to the vet for an injury or illness is stressful enough we do not need her to add to it. Also the gal who charged us out also felt like she was impatient with us and seemed off putting. Usually she is bubbly some would say too bubbly but that day she was just rude. The doctor was nice and the techs were sweet but the other two need some training or something. If you’re going to work for the public you have to know how to treat people who are already going through a difficult time. The office manager also needs to keep her political opinions out of the workplace. Many guests can hear through the thin walls. Maybe the receptionist thinks her position is untouchable since she said she was the managers daughter. But that does not excuse inadequate training.

Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic - Beach Introduce

Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic - Beach, located in Jacksonville, Florida, operates as a Pet Hospital serving the local community. Situated at 335 11th Ave N, Jacksonville, FL 32250, the clinic can be contacted at (904) 694-0541 or +1 904-694-0541. While the clinic aims to provide veterinary care for pets in the area, recent customer feedback online presents a mixed perspective that potential clients should consider.

As a Pet Hospital, Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic - Beach is expected to offer a range of services aimed at maintaining and improving the health of pets. These services typically include routine check-ups, vaccinations, parasite prevention, diagnostic procedures, and treatment for illnesses and injuries. However, the available reviews do not provide specific details about the full scope of medical services offered by the clinic. Therefore, interested individuals are encouraged to contact the clinic directly to inquire about the specific services they provide for their pets.

Information regarding the environment of Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic - Beach is limited in the provided reviews. One customer mentioned thin walls within the facility, suggesting that conversations in one area might be audible in others. This could potentially impact the privacy and comfort of clients and their pets during consultations. Further details about the clinic's overall ambiance, cleanliness, and facilities are not available in the provided feedback.

In terms of features, one positive aspect mentioned in a review is the niceness of the doctor and the sweetness of the veterinary technicians. This suggests that the clinical staff possesses the necessary skills and a caring attitude towards the animals. However, the reviews also raise significant concerns about the front office staff. One reviewer described the office manager as "not a happy lady," "very tense," and "not hospitable," alleging that this individual seemed to rush the appointment and added to the stress of bringing a sick or injured pet to the vet. This reviewer also noted that the staff member who handled the billing appeared impatient and rude on one occasion, contrasting with a previous perception of her being overly bubbly. The reviewer further mentioned that the office manager allegedly expressed political opinions within earshot of clients, which was deemed unprofessional for a public-facing role. The reviewer also claimed that the office manager stated she was the manager's daughter, implying a potential lack of accountability despite perceived inadequate training in customer service.

Another concerning review highlighted issues with the clinic's communication and accuracy of their operating hours. A customer reported checking Google for the clinic's hours before traveling across town for a drop-off testing, only to find the clinic closed upon arrival at 1:05 PM. The customer further noted a sign indicating a daily lunch closure from 1-2 PM, which was not reflected in the online hours. This discrepancy led to inconvenience and frustration for the customer, emphasizing the importance of accurate and up-to-date information for clients planning visits.

Promotional information for Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic - Beach is not included in the provided text. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any special offers, discounts, or introductory packages the clinic might have.

Based on the available information, Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic - Beach has a team that includes a nice doctor and sweet veterinary technicians, which are positive aspects of the care provided. However, the reviews raise significant concerns regarding the professionalism and customer service of some front office staff members, specifically the office manager and a billing staff member. Issues with the accuracy of operating hours posted online also present a potential inconvenience for clients.

Potential clients should weigh these points carefully when considering Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic - Beach for their pet's veterinary needs. While the clinical care appears to be satisfactory based on one review, the negative feedback regarding the administrative staff and communication could impact the overall experience. It may be beneficial to contact the clinic directly to inquire about their services, environment, and to address any concerns arising from the online reviews. Observing the interactions and the clinic environment firsthand during a preliminary visit or initial appointment could also provide valuable insights.

In conclusion, Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic - Beach offers veterinary services in Jacksonville. While the doctor and technicians are described positively, potential clients should be aware of the reported issues concerning the front office staff's demeanor and the discrepancies in operating hours. Further investigation and direct communication with the clinic may be necessary to form a comprehensive understanding of the overall quality of care and client experience offered at this Pet Hospital.

I needed to do a drop off for testing, was told to just drop in, no appointment needed. Sounds great right? Until I check your hours on Google before I leave work, from across town, to ensure you are open. Yep, open, according to Google. When I arrive at 1:05PM, you are closed. Even better, the sign by the for indicates you are closed daily for lunch from 1-2. Please show some basic consideration for your customers and update your operating hours on Google.

We made the switch a couple years ago to this veterinarian team. They are great group of people. Usually can get an appointment within a day or so. Very caring.

I've been taking my dogs here for many years. Good location and good service. I would recommend the business.

I brought my Husky here and when she had to be put down the entire staff was awesome. Now I rescued a kitten and have him been bringing him there. They helped me bring him back to health. They love him as I do and will continue to take him there.
