Wonderful Veterinary office! Amazing customer service. 11:00am appointment - by 11:01 we are in the back and our dog is already being seen. Every aspect of this visit was a showcase of care and compassion for both us and our sick pooch. We were even given some free samples of the meds our dog needed to get us going. A true “gem” right in the neighborhood.

I can't express my gratitude enough to the vets and staff at Ivens in not only their incredible competence but also their compassion for us and our fur baby. They literally went above and beyond being available by text 24/7, checking in with us to see how our dog was, coordinating our dog's care with Penn Vet, even coming in on a Sunday in a snow storm to ship out urgent material for testing. The quality and passion of their vets and staff are unparalleled!

Dr. Hillary Israeli is simply outstanding—her thoroughness and attention to detail in assessing our animals is unparalleled. She takes the time to ensure each pet receives the best care possible, addressing every concern with expertise and compassion. The clinic wouldn’t be the same without Richie the bird, who never fails to entertain and charm both pets and their owners alike. Dr Israeli is a wizard with the anal sacs. There. It had to be said. Seriously I've been bringing my pets to Ivens since 2008. My dogs are 14 now and still going strong. Yes it looks a little shabby, but it's got heart, darn it.

Ivens has been so good to me and my cat! My cat Ricky has gone in for check ups before and when she got sick, they were so kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and took the most amazing care of my cat and did all they could to make sure she wasn’t scared. There is no other vet hospital I trust more than Ivens-Bronstein
