Island Animal Hospital and Urgent Care Services

Our havanese-schnauzer has been especially anxious about vets, groomers, and anyone that’s not us actually, and that caused a few years of difficulty anytime she needed to be seen for anything. Since going to Island Animal Hospital, they have been able to work with us consistently with positive results to ensure that she gets the care she needs when she needs it. I truly appreciate the staff at Island Animal Hospital and I highly recommend their services.

What a positive veterinary experience! This was our first time here. The office is sparkling clean and calm. We were greeted immediately and then taken right away to a room. Everyone was professional, kind, and careful to understand what we needed. Our care was excellent.

My new vet! I enjoy the updated facility. Things are very clean. Employess are very nice. I've used the urgent care side and regular vet side. I will continue to come! A little expensive but what isn't today! Knowledgeable and kind hearted. ❤️ Update * still think this is the best place I've been working with. I took my cat here for an emergency visit. They wrapped my cat around to get blood for testing and my cat was panicking and screaming for life. I understand there are things that needs to be done but my cat was already in discomfort and defensive. The place wasn’t busy when we visited either. I wish we can have it done in a way that considers the kitty’s personality. Forcing the cat only makes her more scared and resist harder. I disliked my experience for my cat there.
