called inquiring price of Doberman ear cropping and was asked “are you a first time owner of a Doberman?” We said yes. Woman on the phone said “we don’t have the time to teach you how to care for it.” Extremely weird response. Called another vet and they were way more kind and said they will teach us how to care for the ears and all the details about it. Would absolutely not recommend here because the response we got was just basically rude and that sets the tone for the whole establishment personally. It’s all about the tone and delivery! Not professional in my opinion.

Mar 20, 2025 · Amber LI would give zero stars if I could!! We used to see Dr. Allen a few years ago with all of our animals. She rubbed us the wrong way so we started going else where. Our pitty developed a really bad skin condition that was causing her to scratch her self raw. We couldn’t get into our normal vet for a week so out of desperation we went to Dr. Allen. BIG mistake. It is on record that my dog is not dog friendly and has anxiety with being there. With all of this knowledge we waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. Needless to say my dog was stressed by this point. When Dr. Allan finally saw her she spent all of her time belittling me on how I was handling/caring for her wrongly. She hardly examined her. It felt as if she just threw random medicine at us to have us gone. The staff was also rude and unwilling to help. Needless to say we will never be going back…EVER! And strongly suggest no one else does either if you care about your animal.

Accomplishments with horses and mastiffs over many years are in many photos in main waiting area. I like this practice and recommend it.
