Super convenient location, clean facility, and great staff. They were able to see me for a last minute appointment and got me into an exam room as soon as I arrived, which helped my nervous cat tremendously. Dr. Carlson was very gentle with my boy and was able to take his temperature and get a needle biopsy without scruffing him or stressing him out— I was super surprised by how well my cat tolerated the appointment. Everything went quickly and smoothly and we were out the door about 30 mins after arriving! Highly recommend them in all aspects.

Customer reviews highlight several positive aspects of the hospital, including its convenient location, clean facility, and efficient staff. The hospital is praised for its ability to accommodate last-minute appointments and quickly move patients into exam rooms, which is particularly beneficial for nervous pets.
Dr. Carlson is highly regarded for his gentle approach, especially when handling cats. One reviewer was impressed by his ability to perform procedures like temperature checks and needle biopsies without causing stress to their cat. The efficiency of the appointments is also noted, with patients often in and out within 30 minutes.
However, one customer review raises concerns about the behavior of a vet tech, Cooper, who was described as condescending. The reviewer stated they would return for the doctors but would avoid interacting with that particular staff member again. Dr. Hale is mentioned as being kind. The reviewer also compared the Midtown location negatively to the Morningside location, recommending the latter for better service and kindness.
The reviews present a mixed picture of the hospital. While the doctors, particularly Dr. Carlson, are praised for their expertise and gentle approach, there are concerns about the consistency of staff interactions. The hospital's convenience and efficiency are positive aspects, but potential clients should be aware of the reported inconsistencies in staff behavior.
Overall, Intown Animal Hospital Midtown offers convenient and efficient veterinary services, with highly regarded doctors. However, potential clients may want to consider the reported inconsistencies in staff interactions and potentially opt for the Morningside location if they prioritize consistent, kind service.

Sep 24, 2024 · Iris SunVet tech Cooper was very condescending in the way she spoke to me. Would go back for the actual doctors. Will never ask her to address me again. Dr. Hale was very kind. Been going to the morning side location for years and Dr. Carlson runs a great business. But I will never go back to the Monroe location again. If you want quality service and kindness for your baby, take them to the morning side location.
Oct 04, 2024 · Lauren JeandronI took my outdoor cat in to the clinic last week. The place was spotless. Excellent clinic. The entire staff was so friendly and professional. Dr. Hale is a gem. My cat Big Girl, (who hates strangers) was immediately taken with her. The fact that they open at 7:30 am is also a benefit. I really recommend the Intown Animal Hospital.
Feb 15, 2024 · Robert SafayNew to Atlanta and this practice. Having 2 senior dogs, I’m so glad to have found them. Schedule is very flexible, front desk staff is friendly and helpful and the vets are thorough and caring. Highly recommend.
Sep 15, 2024 · Sarita CastilloNice, convenient clinic that was so gracious in helping me get a health certificate for my pup. So nice of them to fit in an out-of-towner! Great communication.
